I would give a minus if I didn’t have to give 1 star! Use this company at your own risk. I’ll never use again and will discourage any friends or family from using. Took weeks and weeks to arrive so way too late for Christmas! It was someone else’s custom order. Absolutely zero customer service. They do not reply to emails. They do not reply via form on their website either. Think it was sent from China as it says Xen Express. Please heed all these negative reviews and buy from a reputable company instead. I wouldn’t have ordered from this company if I’d read any of these reviews. Im so frustrated as it was a gift. Might as well just burn your money

It is shocking that no one has replied to any of my emails, what a disgrace! The first personilsed diamond Painting was brilliant, although the flooring was a different colour to our actual one it didn't distract from the picture and I love it. The second picture I purchased was awful, most of it is just black, I have emailed them on many occasions and they have never replied, I wanted to exchange it at first but after they never bothered to reply I asked for a refund, still no reply! It's shocking that they have taken my money and not had the decency to reply to my emails, do not use them they are a disgrace!

Really bad, clearly not a legit service. Colours weren’t even close, seems a waste of the rest of the materials they provide. It was supposed to be mostly orange and the paints sent were 90% brown and dark grey. Very bad. Delivery was also 3x what they quoted. A scam really, avoid.

Please, please DO NOT order from them. I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered a personalised photo of my mum and dad on their wedding day, cutting the cake. What I received was absolutely shocking. They used brown drills for my mums WHITE dress. They used brown drills for their skin colour, even though they are Caucasian. My dad didn't even have a face...well, he did if you include the red they used for his blue eyes...He was missing his glasses, nose and mouth. For his hair they used orange and red even though his hair was blonde. It was so bad, I rang my mum crying as it was suppose to be a wedding anniversary gift for her as my dad has passed away. Please, read reviews for this 'company' before purchasing.

Ordered 2 items before Xmas. 1 item received, the other not. No response on emails. No customer service facility. Wish I'd read the reviews.

First order came within 3 weeks, and once finished it was a brilliant painting of my dog. Ordered another one 30 Oct 21, paid for it and nothing. Emailed 3 times with no response. Very poor customer service. A great pity as the kits are very good.

Not even worth 1 star. Ordered canvas frame and received paintbrushes that I didn’t order. Four emails sent as no other way of contacting them and no response. 0 customer service!!

Only gave a 1 as could not give a zero. This is not a uk based company as advertised. Ordered 10 days ago and was guaranteed before Christmas- parcel sitting in China on the tracker! Sent 2 emails no response don’t use!

I read all these reviews after I’d ordered and I was so upset however the day after my order arrived!! It did take about 3 weeks to come but it’s arrived in time for Christmas and looks great, my mum is going to love it as it’s a pic of her dogs! I would say before going to your bank to request a refund, hold out a few weeks they probably have a lot of orders and the dispatch is from China so will take a while but colours match and the kit looks good

I have twice ordered custom paint kits and paid the amount. Both times I have neither received the product or any response from the mail.
First time in beginning of 2021 I assumed it was because of COVID but same thing happened when I reordered and paid again

I ordered from this website a year ago. Perfect painting canvas - great service!
This year however, same as everyone else. Ordered, 3 emails - no painting!

Ordered a paint by numbers on 28/9/21, money taken out of my account 29/9 .....still no painting and no response from the email contact

Zero stars is appropriate. I made the mistake of not reading reviews, so have joined the long list of conned customers.
Please do not be fooled, do not order from this site. (The site is set up purporting to be UK, then any communication uses an outlook email address.)

From order placement, there has been no reply to any of my messages, and there is no customer service facility at all.

The ‘item’ (I won’t say goods because there’s nothing good about it) comes from China.
A canvas arrived with a chunk of my photo printed on it, ( it should have been a lovely view of Mediterranean, sky, palm trees and harbour) instead the picture was massively cropped for some reason.
There are a handful of numbers dotted about on the canvas but most spaces have no numbers!
The paint pots are all either brown or white! 12 white pots 12 browns !
There is no blue, turquoise, yellow, green, pink or any of the photos’ prevailing colours …
Turquoise sea, blue sky sunshine etc.
But as my husband says at least they sent a package, from the reviews many have not ever received.
Please look for a genuine custom painting kit supplier, don’t order from these scammers.

Didn’t even want to give it one star. ITS A SCAM. Paid for a jigsaw portrait and still not received it after sending numerous emails I have got no response either. STAY AWAY

I ordered a photo jigsaw for fathers day at the beginning of June. Still have not received any by today's date 04/07/21. I have emailed the company 3 times, still no response. They have though taken £31.99 from me. There is no contact details on the site or customer support. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a paint by numbers kit in May 2021. It hasn't been delivered. The company are now ignoring my emails. Do NOT use this company.

This is the 3rd attempt to write my review!!
My custom kit arrived OK but the manner in which the numbers were printed (or not) were crazy as this is the whole point of the product - 3 or 4 numbers could represent one area or no number at all.
Communications are poor or not at all with this company & I shall not be using them again nor do I recommend them to anyone else

Do not spend your money. I still have not received my order after paying 5 months ago.

Appalled. Arrived bent and creased. The paints were entirely the wrong colour. I am devastated. Cannot find an e mail
Or any contact. Money totally wasted. Ruined a special surprise for my family. Steer clear there are far better custom painting kits available
I would appreciate contact from them
