I ordered a custom paint kit before reading any of the reviews after assuming it was a UK company. I later couldn't find any order confirmation anywhere and started to really worry, then when coming across these reviews I really assumed I had lost my money.

However, I had no issue at all! The painting kit arrived a day before it was predicted and the painting is nearly finished and looks really good! I'm very happy with it and the panic was for nothing! Thank you!

Leaving a generous 2 stars as it arrived quicker that expected. But creased as it was only in bubble wrap so slightly bent. Paints seemed ok but I should have had a orange, red,raspberry and green colours, so I have emailed but no response so now I cant complete. Terrible to read these negative comments, wish id done my research before hand thats a note to self and everyone else. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE there is NO customer service.

Received another persons order instead of my own. Emailed them 4 times over the course of 3 months and no response at all. Shocking service!!! DONT USE

Wrong colours!!!
Received in time as a gift. However after doing some of it - it’s completely wrong. The colours provided are wrong - black dog is apparently grey, brown also replaced with grey so the whole thing is a blurred mess. After I wrote to complain and ask for refund or a redo no response. Wish I could post a picture to show how awful it is - put it as my user image for now

I should have looked for reviews before i ordered.
After 4 months i am still waiting for 2 items i placed for my wifes xmas present.
I have emailed about a dozen times ( politely )without any reply or response off them.
I also ordered off MADE4U at the same time. THEY WERE GREAT, USE THEM. NOT THIS BUNCH

I think some reviews on here are unfair. I ordered and then immediately panicked after reading these reviews. Fortunately my item did arrive, it came 3 weeks later which I expected from a company in China, paints are fine, and print is good! Tracking was updated throughout too so I can’t complain. I had no issues so can’t comment on the company’s communication. Unsure what people expected from the company but my experience has been fine, I would use again :)

How I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. Item supposedly collected by Hermes from Heathrow early March. Tracking number does not exist and no response to emails. Will now contact my credit card company. Beware!!!

Scam
Ordered this two months ago, emailed and had no reply!!!

I had to leave one star - but I wouldn’t.
As other people have said sadly this is a scam company. I ordered a painting and some (overpriced) brushes. The painting was low quality and the brushes never arrived. I emailed on repeat and have had no reply. DON’T BUY!!

Absolute scam do not buy off them they never get back to you they take your money, when you try to leave a review on their website it just magicly disappears do not buy

Please DO NOT order from this ‘company’. I made two orders, have not received an email confirmation of either. Have emailed them three times but have had no response. My money has been taken for both orders but cannot get any communication from them. Barclays are currently looking into this as they can see it is some sort of scam from online reviews. I have used numpaint.com in the past and will use them from now on. Can highly recommend.

Wish I had checked the reviews before buying
Ordered a custom paint by numbers kit at the start of January, still hasn’t arrived and order tracking just says lost with courier. Have had no responses to emails asking for refund or for update on where it is. And this has gone on for weeks
Absolute joke of a company who just steal your money, and then ignore any messages. Do yourselves a favour and avoid

As others have suggested, DO NOT BUY. Mine arrived after 2 weeks. The quality is absolutely nothing like the photos. Colours were completely wrong, things that were supposed to be green were grey, red were yellow. And worst of all, the face had no eyes and it's a portrait! There were two or three colours across the whole face. Absolutely shocking

I ordered a custom pain from this company over 20 pounds, had a email from custom paint kits saying order is on the way and said 21 days for my order to arrive, it has now been way over 2 months and still not arrived,
Tried contacting this company for a refund or an explanation where the order is but no joy

This company is a con and robes your money please do not order from this company

I ordered a standard painting by numbers, a custom one and a packet of brushes. The standard one arrived within a week, (extremely poor quality) the other two items never did. I have sent so many emails I've lost count - none of which were replied to. No items, no refund. Only after buying did I notice that their website has no contact details. No company address nor phone number, otherwise I'd sue their pants off. Totally sham.

Absolutely shocking. Do not order from this company. Ordered a kit on the 21st November. Still haven't received it and no response on email.

I’ve just ordered a custom painting by numbers from this site as it said it was uk basked and had the soonest delivery date that I could find across a few sites! I stupidly didn’t check the reviews. I’m now regretting buying as I believe I’m not going to even get my order. Has anyone been successful in claiming the money back from the bank?

Absolute scam.

Did receive the kit, but the quality is appalling. Numbers don't fit into the spaces, paints awful quality, not mixed properly, and wrong colours - a white plate has been turned brown and a lemon is bright green!

Emailed for a refund two weeks ago and not heard back.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!
You will soon discover why there is no way to contact them because they will happily take your money and not provide the goods.
