3rd order! 3rd screwup! never could get my colors right! promised delivery date never happened! you get a different customer service rep everytime regardless if you call or chat! promises of correction never come through! then it's your fault that proofs are wrong!

Patches were great. Exactly what we wanted, and the logo was perfect.

Truly believe this is a scam. I placed an order in January and have yet to receive the $90 order. The company has a different representative reach out every time you need assistance. I reached out after the tracking link provided stated my order had been delivered. The next day, the link said it hadn't been delivered due to an "incomplete address". I reached back out to the company and they told me it was delivered. If they had used the link they provided me, they would've seen it wasn't. I informed them of such and they gave me the run around for the past 8 weeks. I asked to be put on with a supervisor, request ignored. I asked to work with the same customer care representative, request ignored. The tracking link STILL says it's "awaiting delivery" in Rancho Cucamonga CA when I live in Allentown PA. I asked for a refund, they said it's been shipped so they can't refund the order. Got another email today asking if the package was successfully delivered. Ended up reporting the company and disputing the charge. Do not recommend.

Very easy to work with sent in the PDF to them and within an hour I had a proof to look over and approve very easy to work with and the patches came out looking excellent will definitely be reordering from them in the future

I ordered sublimated patches for our motorcycle club and am very happy with the way they came out. Good color, great quality and the price was MUCH less than buying local.

DO NOT USE CUSTOM PATCH FACTORY! They changed our delivery date, continued trying to gaslight us and refuse to refund my company. They were caught lying about shipping our package 10 days after they said they shipped out the package.

PLENTY OF OTHER PATCH COMPANIES OUT THERE!

i never received the order for samples. something so simple takes forever to get here. How about canceling my order and crediting my cc.

Patches were printed as I requested. Showed up super fast and of good quality. The patches are not very heat resistant while pressing...but with a little trial and error, wasnt too hard to gewt fialed in. All in all, I will be ordering again!

The team at CPF was very helpful and quick in their responses. The major hold up wasn't on their end, it was on the approval process within my organization. However, when I got the approval, it was full speed ahead. They event honored a request for a specific version of the invoice so I can get paid back for the patches, when they provided within a day. When the patches came in, they looked beautiful. Very happy! Definitely will use again and have recommended you guys to all of the other people in my organization needing patches.
