I haven't even had my order shipped, but I am impressed by the customer service and their speediness to get me a proof! They got me adjusted proofs very quickly and exactly what I wanted. Great company!

Amezing work. The patches look perfect and honesty the embroidery work is fantastic. The only thing is that I thought they would do an adhesive backing on my selection of double welcro but it's all good. Bought a fabric glue which solved that issue. If i was to buy it again, I would do it in a heart beat.

The company was really helpful. I made a few changes in design, and the artists were very responsive. I'm very happy with the look of the patches, and they're a better quality than I was expecting.

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. For me it's been 44 days and counting. The patches are made in China, btw. Customer service, presumably here in the US, is non responsive. Order placed 1/15 (promised to me by 2/28). Now they tell me 3/6. DO NOT USE...

Great and easy process ordering, approving the proof and shipping was quick! Had no issues ordering and working with each team member through the process.

I rarely write reviews, but every once in a while… it’s warranted (in case it helps someone else avoid headaches).

I placed an order two days ago with a guaranteed delivery date of February 4th. The day after placing the order, the custom patch customer service team emailed me saying shipment would be delayed to “around February 12th”. I asked if I could pay extra to expedite shipping, as this timeframe was unacceptable. They said, “sorry, this is the best we can do… let us know how you’d like to proceed”. So I looked around and found a local supplier who can deliver on time, and placed an order there. I asked custom patch factory to cancel the order within just a few hours of them telling me “sorry, this delayed shipment is the best we can do”.

I’ve now asked for a cancellation and refund from custom patch factory four times, and I’ve yet to see a clear response saying they will cancel the order and issue a refund. It’s always “thanks for your patience, I’ll check with production”. Like… no guys.

So frustrating. So much for a “guarantee”.

Do yourself a favor, and find yourself local shop who actually cares.

The patches came out exactly how I thought they would beautiful color and the details are exact! Very beautiful patches!

the chenille custom patches turned out quite nice. There is a max-size for these so it required some adjusting -- they did a greatt job.
