Custom Truck One Source - KANSAS CITY Opiniões

Thank you very pleased!. Christina Hawblitzel is a great salesperson.

Was great dealing with Chris and his team, online showed the equipment available. We have done the entire process over the phone and email. Simple and fast. Thank you

Working with Chris made the experience very easy & not stressful at all. He is great at what he does. And very knowledgeable

Chris did a great job of getting options on what was available to me and help though the process.

It has been great working with Joe Ross. He always keeps me updated on the trucks we have ordered. Always goes the extra mile to mae sure everything is what we want

Sam S is a great asset your organization

Steve Headden & Tyffanie Kitchens have been a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to our needs and have followed through on all of my requests

They have trucks in stock and can get the deal done within hours. Same day! Also Custom Truck has the ability to influence the truck OEM's to see a problem from both the customers concern while understanding all parties concerns. I always buy my trucks from Custom because they truly stand behind their products.

Quick and easy.

Great team of people to work with

A new truck was purchased early in 2023 and the several dump bed welds have broken. Eight days later we found out our request for warranty had never been entered in the system by Custom Truck. We were told we have to bring it to their shop which is 150 miles away. Still waiting for warranty work. Brand new truck needing to get back on the the job. The bed that came with the truck is not good heavy duty quality.

So far in this transition I’m very happy it’s been easy it’s been spot on as far as information and like any big transaction like trying to buy a service truck there’s a lot of information and communication and expectations and delivery and probably the most easiest company to work with and started with Mark and moved right to Brian For that I’m very very happy
Yet to see the finished product and the end result because we’re about seven months out I would highly recommend this company

My salesman took care of everything. From all the paperwork to arranging for PTO work to be done. Amazing service!

Our salesman rob Mendenhall is awesome. He set up a trip to see some trucks for sale on n a Saturday!! The rest of the staff has been very accommodating also.

Elmer Grigsby is FANTASTIC! could not have completed this rebuild without his knowledge and great effort he put into helping me along. I highly recomend CTOS !
Bill Warlop
HCC General Contractors

Joe Vig figures it out and makes it happen!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they knew exactly what to do and got it done. Thank you

I’ve been doing business with this company for years. They take care of business

Christina worked to get me all my questions answered and was not pushy. We started communication a year ago before getting to a sale but all in all it has gone good.
