My order has still not arrived and it’s been months just for a fleece. No one answers the phone to try and chase. They happily took the money as soon as the order was placed though, will not be using again.

The jacket I bought was absolutely stunning, the embroidery was stunning and done to perfection. Absolutely loving the jacket.

Ordered my 2nd NHS item from this company. Quality of both items very good, however sizes are a bit hit and miss.
Both items were ordered in size XL.The fleece jacket was a bit on the large side and the soft shell jacket is too small but cannot return this item as it’s personalised.

Fabulous quality.
Really lovely, personalised polo shirt and zip hoody.
Accepting high demand at this busy time, delivery exceeded initial expectation.

Very pleased with the design made for me.
The quality of my fleece is excellent.
The zipper , also on pockets, are strong. Pockets lined.
Very warm , thick , cosy fleece .
Service excellent too, with communication.
Staff in work so impressed , several have already ordered.

Very good quality hooded cardigan took a while for delivery but is what can be expected at these times I was very pleased would recommend x

This product is great and the logo is exactly what I ordered. The only issue I can raise is the amount of time you have to wait from ordering to receiving it was over 2 months.

If the order had bot taken so long, I would have given a better review. Over 3 weeks just to confirm the logo then another 3-4 weeks delivery. The only reason im not recomending them to friends & coleagues. The hoody is lovely quality but delivery ridiculous time to wait. I ordered something else from hong kong and it came in a week lol.

As expected item took a little longer than normal with the current covid situation but fair play they are working flat out after being inundated with rainbow orders,very happy with service and product.

So comfy, delivery was quick and the lady who I spoke to at the company was lovely,
