„Ich habe eine Figur meines verstorbenen Hundes anfertigen lassen und dafür eines meiner liebsten Erinnerungsfotos eingereicht. Leider entspricht das Ergebnis weder dem Foto noch der gewünschten Liegeposition. Die Figur weckt keinerlei Emotionen in mir und erinnert mich nicht an meinen Hund. Für den hohen Preis ist das Ergebnis sehr enttäuschend.“

I ordered a figurine of my dog and it looks nothing like him.
I've tried sending emails to discuss the 30 day money back guarantee or to get another figurine made up but they do not reply.
I would not recommend buying from here

Very disappointed please do not order gave 12 good photos of my Bonnie when the figure came back it was nothing like her. It’s just a figure that was just taken off a shop shelf very very disappointed

Op 18/08 besteld en op 22/09 in huis. Ik ben er heel blij mee! Het hoofdje had heel iets breder gemogen maar ik snap dat het ook moeilijk inschatten is vanaf een paar foto’s. Voor de rest perfect! Zo is het net of ik mijn Olly toch nog een beetje bij me heb 🥹❤️‍🩹

Jeg har nu to gange bestilt hundefigurer hos dem. De var begge virkelig flotte da de kom. Ja ventetiden var lidt lang, men det var ventetiden værd. Ved den første figur sendte de endda en mail med et billede af den foreløbige farvning, for at sikre at farven på pelsen var korrekt, da pelsen var lidt svær at male.

Es importante también decir cuando las cosas funcionan bien. Compre la reproducción en estatua de la mascota y wow es exacto. Estoy muy contento todo ha ido muy bien.

Ho appena ricevuto la statuetta del mio cagnolino richiesta a inizio agosto. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati. La statuetta è molto somigliante, se consideriamo che hanno a disposizione solo qualche fotografia per poterla realizzare. Il prezzo non è economico, ma si tratta di un prodotto realizzato completamente a mano, quindi ampiamente giustificato. Sono soddisfatta e la consiglio!

I was absolutely amazed at the detail and accuracy of this likeness. I would do business here again.

Certes il y a du délai (mais en même temps si on veut quelque chose de personnalisé c'est normal et y a le délai de livraison aussi), donc ne soyez pas pressé et vous serez satisfait. En envoyant plus de 8 photos, je trouve que la Figurine ressemble à mon chien. Bravo car ça va donner des idées cadeaux (en anticipant pour respecter le délai qui est bien mentionné quand on commande !), pour avoir des figurines de nos chiens disparus qui n'étaient pas des pures races (donc impossible de trouver des figurines à leur effigie). Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre de photos, j'en avais pris pour montrer.

Un producto increíble.Realice pedido hace un mes y medio. El producto ha llegado perfecto. Buenas atención con el vendedor por dudas que tenía yo en el pedido y las respuestas fueron rápidas y concisas.
El producto una fiel reproducción de la mascota.

Ordered my large sized figurine in JUne, and had it in a month. Very happy with the outcome, and am going to start an expensive hobby of getting every dog I've owned done (was either that, or tattoos lol). Love it. Will order again.

Wir haben uns so gefreut auf die Hundefigur von unserem Luke und sind sehr enttäuscht worden...
Die Figur sieht überhaupt nicht aus wie Luke sondern wie halt ein West Highland White Terrier aussieht.
Mann sucht mit Liebe Fotos aus und dann kommt etwas an wo du denkst das hätte ich im 1 Euro laden kaufen können.
Wir ärgern uns sehr.. Es sollte eine Erinnerung an Luke sein da er vor 1 Monat leider verstorben ist...

De 3d hond lijkt precies als op de foto's die we hadden gestuurd.
We hebben wel 2 maanden moeten wachten maar dat was het zeker waard.

My parents dog had died, we put him to sleep at the ripe old age of 17. He was a family dog. We were all heartbroken as you can imagine. I saw an add for cutebuddi a little while later. I uploaded the photos of our dog and placed the order sometime early in april(2025).

It took about two months for them to ship. It was radio silence all the way in between. Shipping took a bit over two weeks. The end result was good. It really looked like our dog. They even added the little details I had asked for.

I went to my parents house while they were on vacation. I took the dogbed out of storage and put it where it always stood. I placed the dog miniature on it. Placed a box ontop of it with a note attached saying "woof woof!". I left and the next day my parents arrived home and found the dog. They loved it. My dad cried when he saw it, he said.

So despite reading some negative reviews, Cutebuddi fullfilled their end of the deal. And their work was more than good. My parents had a void, I think this filled it just a little bit. Which is exactly what I hoped for.

To summarise:
*Packaging was good. Neatly in lots of bubblewrap.
*Dog sculpture was on the mark. With the little details I asked for.
*Paint job was good. But bits of the varnish was still wet. To fix it, I left it in the sun for about 30 minutes, and it was perfect afterwards.
*Shipping time was horrendous. So you gotta be patient.
*Also I'd like them to send update or update pictures during development of the sculpture.
All in all, worth the 70 euros I spend.

I was pretty skeptical when I ordered this, especially with the price, but when it came in I was more than impressed with it. My dog is like my son and my figurine looks identical to him. I just opened a new barbershop and I requested they put my company logo on a shirt to put on my dog, which they did perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing more products from them.

Has taken almost 3 months, it was meant to be a late mother's day present, might as well of been a birthday present for July! Nonetheless it arrived undamaged & the resemblance is alright. Wouldn't say it's worth £60 + for sure.

The coloring is ok. But the body shape and size is horrible. Plus mine is a female yet it has the male part. Don’t waste your money.

Diese Figuren werden nicht, so wie es beschrieben wird, Handgefertigt ! Es sieht aus, als würde es aus einem 3D Drucker kommen! Zudem habe ich meinen Hund sehr genau beschrieben mit besonderen Merkmalen und Details. Diese wurde nicht berücksichtigt und die Figur sieht nicht aus wie mein Hund! Ich habe auch mehr als genug Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich habe den Kundenservice vor einigen Wochen kontaktiert und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten, obwohl auf der Homepage steht dass sie 2-3 Werktage brauchen zum Antworten. Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht. Gerne hätte ich eine schöne Erinnerung von meinem vor kurz verstorbenen Seelenhund gehabt. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt für ein NICHT handgefertigtes Produkt. Reine abzocke und Kundenservice existiert gar nicht. Ich empfehle jedem : lasst die Finger davon und investiert euer Geld sinnvoller!
