Hi, we’re sorry to hear that the amount of hair did not meet your expectations. Our product page recommends 150g (3 packs), which is enough for a full head installation. We would like to clarify that the product is sold by weight, and the listing clearly states:
• For a full head look: 150G–200G
• For a fuller look: 250G

Since crochet human hair is lightweight, 50G is intended for partial use, mixing, or adding volume rather than a full-head install. We always try to provide clear guidance on the product page so customers can choose the amount that best fits their desired look.

Regarding returns, we do accept returns. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost according to our store policy. If you would still like assistance with a return, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help you further.

Dear Customer, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. You ordered three 50g packages, totaling 150g. We shipped you one 100g package and one 50g package, which also totals 150g. As you can see, one of the two packages you received weighs 100 grams.
