Fast delivery, good quality and definitely helping to keep hot warm and reducing running costs. Very pleased.

Bought the insulation jacket and lid for our hot tub. Just before covid we have a innatex greys wood. Wow I can even run it through the price increase. I would highly recommend. The lid does not pool water thanks to the pole system. Customer service was brilliant and the insulated jacket and lid cover is in great condition still. It comes in through the winter.

Well the delivery person, delivered it to completely the wrong address and as it was such a large bulky item, I had very annoyed (elderly) neighbours knocking on my door asking me walk down to them and carry it home.... which was fun as I have a busted elbow....then waited for my elbow to get better so I can get the cover out of the box to find it isn't the sturdy foam cover I had expected but a really flimsy, thinly stuffed with foam cover and not right at all. I was hoping for so much better. How do I return it? Not been used, just unpacked, when I could.

Great service and quality of the jacket, lid and pump cover. Our pump cover really does mute the sound quite a bit. Would very much recommend them.

The company advertise one postage cost and try to charge a lot more. Being a UK address their website claims 14.99 but trys to charge international of 40. When you contact them they just say that's what the courier charges and they ignore any reply back.

Nothing but helpful customer service by Karen Arrived quickly and were great at getting it to me when I needed it slightly earlier than their delivery eta.

The products are a great fit and good colour match and really make a different to the hot tub retaining its heat for longer. However, the support structure for the hot tub top cover is flawed. It’s hard to get on and off and the cross-Bars slip out making it a two person job to get it off and a struggle to get it back in properly. However, still worth the purchase and really pleased.

Brought a cover for a Lay-Z spa Monaco.
Not really impressed.
Poles barely reach across the width of the tub.
Very expensive for what we got!

All good so far, will need to look at electric bill next quarter to see the results

I cannot question the quality of the actual material but after ordering a Waikiki 6 person set of three insulation items, we have been sent a smaller set which do not fit at all. I’ve been emailing the company - head office and Cwtchy all week and I’ve left a voicemail and called several times. No one is replying.
It’s definitely not in my nature to publicly comment negatively on companies - especially those who are uk based and seem to rely a lot on work of mouth and feedback. But I don’t know what else to do. So I’m leaving this hoping that Cwtchy seek to resolve this issue. We have used £60 in electric in a week because we don’t have the right sized covers!

We first bought hot tub wrap, lid and egg cover over two years ago. Last year bough tub base. A few weeks ago having bought a new tub needed a new pump cover for new shape pump. A tip for tub cover is spray every couple of months for added waterproofing with a tent style waterproofing spray. A big worthwhile investment as our electric running costs dropped by 66% and it only costs us £10-£14 a week keeping at constant 37 degrees temperature

The package arrived in good time. I've yet to use the cover.

These were delivered quickly, as described, simple to install and have significantly reduced our electricity costs.

Before , the hot tub used 10kWh through the day, roughly £3.50 a day.

Now we use just 3-4kWh a day and only at the night rate at roughly 35p a day. In 20 hours the hot tub only loses between 2 and 3 degrees. So a 90% cost savings on our electricity. Best of all, they appear hard wearing and look great.

I can’t recommend them enough, we use a combination of 2 layers of 12mm foam under the hot tub, plus the Cwtchy spa cover, spa jacket and pump cover. I have already recommended them to friends and family with blow up hot tubs.

Very pleased with the quality of the cover, saving us pounds daily. The only reason this review didn’t get 5* is that I had to chase for an update on dispatch.
