I have the Milan sat on a double layer of the interlocking rubber gym mats, last year when they were just starting up I purchased the jacket and had a wait but this year when I purchased the lid and pump jacket superfast delivery.

Currently have hot tub in the front of my garage next
to the metal door and even during the frosts with the new covers would lose about 1 degree every 3 hours.

Now weather Improving turned the tub off last night and was 36 degrees 16 hours later it had only dropped down to 32 degrees, suspect as weather warms more this will improve.

Only comment not sure how others find it but think more work needs doing on the lid, the metal bars are too heavy and they do not screw together well into the central hub. They make the lid very unwieldly so currently have removed mine as it in covered location and suspect they just to stop water pooling on the top.

Another fantastic addition to insulate my hot tub , I now have the base , the surround and insulated lid and pump cover . This means I will be able to keep using my hot tub as these save so much money keeping the water hot .
And they are a wonderful company to buy from , their customer service is second to none and the shipping is really fast .

Our conservative estimate is a reduction of electricity use of at least 2/3, but possibly 3/4 or more! Well impressed!
February, night time 1', daytime 6'C. The eve before fitting the Cwtchy, we turned off the heat on our Lay z spa Maldives, as we'd be cleaning and draining to put the new straps under the tub. The water temperature dropped by 18'C (38 - 20) in 12 hours! (with the standard Maldives lid in place, we already have the pump wrapped with a cylinder jacket and the whole lot is on insulated mats)
Our new set up includes the Cwtchy insulated jacket and lid (also using the inflatable float part of the lid supplied with the Maldives tub). With similar outside temperatures, we turned off the heat for 24 hours - the water temperature dropped just 6'C!

Excellent customer service over the phone when purchasing. The product fits perfectly and has helped reduce the running cost of our Lay Z Spa by half.

Having seen my electricity bill go sky high following my purchase of a Lay-Z-Spa Milan hot tub I was wondering whether I needed to give up using it after the increased energy charges were announced. I checked the Lay-Z-Spa website and saw a favourable mention of Cwtchy Covers insulated covers. So bit the bullet and ordered a full set. The delivery was very prompt and the products seem very well made. Easy to install, although a warning to anyone getting all 4 parts - you have to empty the tub to install the insulated ground covering, having done that I started filling it again only to discover when you reach the lid installation that it needs to be empty! So I had to empty it again. Perhaps a note with the ground cover could indicate if you also have a lid you need to leave the tub empty? Have yet to see an electricity bill to see the saving, but it certainly keeps the water temperature up for longer, so fully expect my energy bills to be lower. Had very friendly and helpful contact with customer service. Would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Communications with catchy covers was really good as I made several enquiries before making a purchase of a insulated jacket and cover for my intex octagonal spa (from Aldi). The jacket fits really snug with is great and looks good and was easy to fit by myself (although would be easier with two). The lid is also straight forward to assemble and covers the hot tub adequately and although better to lift with with two people at a push can be lifted by one. I conducted a “test” last night on a cold Cumbrian evening and when set to 39 Deg C and switched off after 10 hours this morning was still at 33 Deg C which is a significant reduction on heat losses without the jacket and lid in place. I have to admit i initially wasn’t sure whether to purchase the covers as could be an expensive outlay however I’m glad i did as i think in the long run will mean i will get more efficient usage and hence more likely to keep using the tub as energy costs increase. Also they look good when on the hot tub

Purchased a full set (lid, side, bottom and pump) of covers for my Maldives Lay-z-Spa hot tub. The covers arrived extremely quickly. They are high-quality thick insulation, fit perfectly, already improved insulation and reducing costs. The covers look better and are thicker than the website pictures - *exceeded my expectations*. Happy to recommend the company and product.

I ordered a cover for my lazy spa as well as a cover for the pump and an insulated mat for the floor. All arrived very quickly and well packed and i must say all the items are very well made. All items are now on my lazy spa and I can honestly say I have already noticed a difference, would definitely recommend and purchase from this company again.

Ordered a cover for the hot tub pump a few months ago. The item arrived quickly and was immediately put to the test due to torrential rain and snow. An excellent product that protects the pump well. Also reduces the noise of the pump as well. Very pleased.

I haven't had time to test if the product works as said but did a lot of research before shelling out on the hot tub side cover, lid cover, floor cover and heater cover.
All in all very positive, a bit fiddly to get on properly due to the cover not having pre-cut holes for the pipes but managed to fold part over and pull tight so it's almost fully covered anyway.
Great service, very quick delivery and as mentioned by others Cwtchy have gone above and beyond in offering me a Valentine's discount that I hadn't see.
Great stuff, now looking forward to my water bill when I fill up the beast once more !!!

I ordered one of your covers for our lazy-spa as our smart meter monitor was constantly in the red zone during cold spells due to the amount fo heat escaping from the spa pool.

The cover arrived very quickly and has been an absolute success, completely reduced the amount of electricity previously used to heat the spa, fits well, only slight criticism is that it is quite awkward and heavy to take on and off because of the metal poles, but other than that a brilliant cover.

Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to keep their lazy-spa warm throughout the colder spells, without spending a fortune on electricity, especially with the increase in fuel costs on the horizon,

Like a lot of people I was sat on the fence and wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend £400 on insulating a £600 hot tub! We enjoy getting in the tub of an evening when our little one has gone to bed. Quality grown up time but the cost to heat it and keep it warm was scary and it was looking like I would have to switch it off for large chunks of time meaning we would have to plan when we jumped in. Since I set up the base, sides, lid and leather cover we are able to keep it running all the time and jump in when needed. Halved my daily electric bill! It will be paid back in 6 months at that rate! It looks the business too! Cwtchy Covers had a valentines deal to save an additional 5% but I missed it. They called me to tell me that I missed the opportunity and have refunded me the 5% I would of got. They didn’t need to do that. Above and beyond in my opinion. Delivery only took 3-4 days! Stop reading and buy!

Bought Maldives tub, lid and pump insulation jackets from Cwtchy. Fitted great. Fast delivery, easy to order online. The jackets have made an immediate improvement to my kwh daily usage. Well worth the cost in the long term.

Brilliant service, our hot tub jacket has dramatically lowered our running costs, keeps the heat in and looks great. I reckon it will have paid for itself within a year. Couldn’t recommend enough, and to top it off, it’s from a local Welsh company. Da iawn.
