I have used the services of Cyber Trust for over 5 years. They provide excellent service, quickly and consistently.
I have used the services of Cyber Trust, (previously named PalisadeSECURE) for Cyber Essentials certification for the last 5 years at least.
They have proved to be consistently really helpful in answering any queries immediately about questions in the CE assessment form, clarifying what is required and the precise intent of some questions that may be open to interpretation.
Then their checking of the completed assessment form, before it is submitted formally, provides a useful safety net to ensure that the answers you provide make sense to the assessors and are acceptable.
I have recommended them to my clients, who have had the same consistent experiences.
Excellent support from knowledgeable staff, who are a pleasure to talk to and always prepared to discuss any aspect to ensure that we know how to respond to each question.

Efficient, Affordable but most importantly knowledgable
Cyber can be really arduous and even though we are a complex IT company with many servers and networks Cyber Trust gave us good advice and helped us achieve Cyber Essentials Plus quickly and at a good price.

Professional and supportive — a seamless CE+ process for our client
We recently worked with Cyber-Trust — Ethan in particular — to complete a Cyber Essentials Plus assessment on behalf of one of our IT support clients, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The team at Cyber-Trust were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They provided clear, actionable guidance and were responsive at every stage of the process — turning what can often be a stressful audit into a smooth and manageable experience.
