James and his cyber-trust team have been incredibly helpful in NOWS achieving their cyber essentials re-certification. I’ll 💯 be using James every time. It was so quick and easy this time around, he understood the IT language and questions asked was able to complete this on our behalf, saving us the frustrations and delays.

Good support during our initial certification
During our initial certification assessment & audit, the people at Cyber Trust were very effective and professional at supporting us through the process. While the process itself can be tedious at times, the people at Cyber Trust were communicative, understanding and helpful.

Very helpful company both with the interface as well as the Assistence.
Very helpful company when it comes to submitting the Cyber Essential applications and the online application is easy to use.
Since I rarely have time to do this all in one go it is very useful to be able to come back to it and continue from where I left off as well as getting helpful advice on how to phrase certain answers to questions as I am dyslexic and much better at technology than i am writing :)
