Sophia got my new printer issue fix…
Sophia got my new printer issue fix going. Peter did a boat lad of hard work cleaning up my PC and figuring out how to change my WIFI to a lower size that the new printer needed.
sophia was easy to understand and dummied down the tech talk for me.

I received help from Ricky on…
I received help from Ricky on 5/25/2024. I'm 74 yrs old and he talked me through what I needed. He got my printer set up and set me up with AVG virus protection. I was very satisfied with his help.
