I received my delivery almost one week…
I received my delivery almost one week later, the excuse was they call me and I didn’t reply. That’s the reason, I was working on an other country and I planned the delivery in my house with my wife wanting for it. Even after sent a lot of email, Whatapp the delivery was too late. For that reason I wrote my address, to received the package, in anyplace said you delivered only with a phone call back

In this case, our drivers attempted to contact you several times but couldn’t get confirmation, so the delivery could not be completed on time.

The team is very responsive on WhatsApp and very accommodating.
Thanks for delivering my kids bike in time for my daughter's birthday, inspite of a last minute change in my order.

I have ordered a very expensive mountain bike on the 14th November. Shipping advisory is 7 to 10 days.
It has been over 11 days and not a single email. Had to call Cyclesouq twice and the order is still not dispatched to date.
Not sure what else one needs to do!

we completely understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We’ve checked your order and can confirm that your bike was dispatched within the same week it was placed. The delay occurred because the shipment was held in Saudi Customs for over a week, which, unfortunately, is beyond our control.
As of today, the bike has been released and handed over to SMSA’s local fulfilment center, and you can expect delivery by tomorrow.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when you’re excited to receive a new bike, and we truly appreciate your patience. We’re always here to support you and ensure the smoothest experience possible.

i bought a man city bike from KSA
i bought a man city bike from KSA. it has been a bit long shipment and with no clear extracosts because of custom duties, however at the end the bike arrived.
it's a beauty.
the packaging was well done. and everything was easy to assemble.
the overal price paid still better than other products here in KSA, and even of same product on local dealers.

Excellent customer focused service
I’ve been a happy customer of CycleSouq.ae for a while now — we’ve bought 5 cycles from them over the years, and each time the experience has been seamless. The quality of their bikes, delivery, and overall service has always impressed me.
Recently, I purchased another cycle for my son and shared a short video with the team. Good price, process can be made better.
Good, value for money pricing. I was disappointed because when i needed to check up on my order status, finding the contact details of cusmer service was not easy.
Also order delivery days and times must be shown prominently so buyers can make a better-informed choice.
I was in Dubai for 5 days and almost was not able to get my order.
