Wow what a company
Wow what a company. I bought 2 Hope Floating vented rotors and from start to finish of my whole experience they are 1st class. I would highly recommend them.

No update on order after 8 days
I’ve not received an update of my order 8 days after purchasing

Hi, thanks for leaving an honest review. We appreciate every review we receive.
With regards to your order, we did email you on the 9th Aug to let you know there was an issue with one of the products and therefore would be a delay in shipping.
We offered you a refund, if you didn’t want to wait for it to be shipped. To which you replied on the 12th Aug saying “That’s fine, thanks for letting me know”
You then emailed again on 14th of Aug, which we didn’t reply to at the time, as we are shut on Wednesdays. Your item was then shipped on the 15th and you received the order on the 16th.
I can see it took 8 days from you purchasing to the product being shipped. (Which you can see in our previous reviews is not usually the case.) But we contacted you the day after ordering to let you know there was an issue. To say you received no update is incorrect.
We can only apologise for the delay and as I stated it isn’t something that happens often and we tried to keep you updated as best we could.

Had a few repairs done now at cykel house cant fault these lads at all if its a 200 quid bike or 5 grand everyone gets the same service thanks gavin george

Called in advance, excellent service , very friendly workforce.
Had the part I required ,I enquired as to the cost if a general service which seemed very reasonable, I would highly recommend this small outfit they certainly know their buisness.
