Online service, very efficient..

I ordered a voucher and paid for postage.
So I thought okay, maybe it is a nice official voucher. But it was a print off voucher. I have no idea why they couldn’t do an e-voucher that could have been emailed to me and saved me a) postage, b) arrived quicker.

Good price, but the bike didn't end up working out, for reasons beyond the seller's control, however the customer service was excellent and painless.

Had an issue with the bike, not LLBs issue I might add but their aftercare service to solve it was second to none.
