Mess up Stock!

I went today to buy 2 smartphones! The first went somewhat ok.The Second one they mess up their Stock number.I waited for an hour after some help from other employee and some info from other employee (over phone) they manage to finished my service .Without even one apology or something! Their customer support sucks!!

Nonsense reward and bad customer support!

On 8/11 I verified my cyta phone number (using top ups). I received an sms saying that I have received a reward of 10 eur. My previously activated combo was still valid until 12/11.
On the 13/11 the balance was still 0.
So I contacted Customer Support to ask how can I activate 10 eur combo with the reward I received.
Agent said- already used it.
I asked How? If on the 13/11 I was connected to a wifi.
She said it was airtime reward.
Since this is the 1st time I hear about airtime, I asked what is airtime and the answer was "it's a reward that you received".
Well that's a great explanation..
I told her that she already told me that, but I would like to know how the user can use "airtime" reward and what exactly that means.
She said it's "money" that will not show on the main balance and it was activated once received.
I asked if that means that my active combo plan is switchedoff, "airtime" reward of 10 eur is switched on and once those 10 eur of "airtime" are spent, my combo is being switched back on?
In different words she confirmed.
I said Sorry, but this makes no sense. She asked me if she can assist me with anything else and while I was typing, she just disconnected without saying anything.
To what I replied- no need to ask if there is anything else that I need the assistance for, if you are disconnecting immediately.
Seriously 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Cyta Pre-orders:It’s a complete joke first time was on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that they delivered after 2 months from the initial pre order,I gave them a pardon since it was Covid and I was acknowledging the condition. Fast forward 4 years later on IPhone 17 Pro Max I placed and paid the pre order 10 minutes after the availability it’s been a month and they informed me that they don’t know when they will deliver it and probably will take another month…guys just don’t do pre orders campaigns you are not suited or organised enough for it..this is the last time next time cash from iStorm

Sewage Paralimni office…

We went into the Paralimni office today.
It riekt of sewage. I can't understand that the building wasn't closed down.
I feel sorry for the employees that have to sit there all day. It made me sick after 5 minutes. They had called the maintenance team but being Cyprus, you never know when they show up. In any other country in Europe, the building would have been closed untill it was fixed and the employees would get the time of paid and an apology from their boss.
Really feel sorry for them.

Went back in the next day, it was fixed.

No roaming in Turkey WTF

It is quite ridiculous that Cyta doesn’t have roaming in Turkey. Mixing politics and business interests is sad, especially because the war with Turkey was caused by their side together with the Greek military junta.

Priority Messaging SHARP PRACTICE

Over the preceding 6 months we have been charged for services we did not require, need or ask for. CYTA staff agree. CYTA management and Media Pay Plus (MPP) do not and efforts to recover our money taken by CYTA to pay MPP have been rejected.
We do not understand why CYTA act as a banking service for this company unless of course receiving commission. Nor who told MPP of our private phone number.

Shameless deadbeats

Yes well-done. My having paid the bill by direct debit, the service unable to detect the payment, even though it was adore t debit. The employee sighing on the phone, being so taxed for having to deal with their mistake. You know what take your disgruntled employees, take your substandard service, and shut down, let other companies like epic keep existing, don't soil the pool. Not the first time I have had trouble with this company.

Six months ago I made a Top up payment

Six months ago I made a Top up payment, in the usual way, using MyCyta app for my mobile phone. The payment was taken but my phone was not credited. I have been chasing for six months to get a refund and each time I get the same repeated response of 'we'll have a look at your complaint and call you back' SIX MONTHS same response. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM CYTA!

One of the worst

ONE OF THE WORST!!
WORST customer support and live chat. and even their website is not friendly user. I did top-up my account and they deducted a lot from it with it renew it 'automatically' although there's enough balance, instead they kept deducting from it and when I reached out to the live chat the customer support barley speaks English to understand what I need and keep me without answer for 15 mins saying that he will direct me to billing support

Simply dreadful

I have just bought an E-Sim online. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything as bad as this. It took 3 credit cards before I could complete the purchase. I then received an email with a QR code that could not be read. I tried to enter the information manually but it came back with error messages. I tried the live chat and got no response. The online form doesn't allow me to input my UK number. It comes back with an error message of invalid description but doesn't say what the problem is. I have worked in technology for 40 years and it is baffling how it is so difficult to set this up properly. Why is this so? It is unbelievably frustrating. It is as though amateurs have developed the system. I could teach a team of three year olds to do better than this. Simply unacceptable.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The agents are rude and misinform you constantly. I was hung up on 3 times and refused to be spoken to. I chatted multiple advisors and was informed I was on the waiting list for fiber optics, even had two people at separate times come round to install outside my house (no others on the street were done) only to now be told (months later) that I am not on any waiting list at all! I even have screenshotted proof of agents telling me I am on the list. Absolutely terrible. Will be cancelling and going to Epic!
I ended up emailing a complaint only to be told “thanks for your email and we apologise for any inconvenience “ that is it?! Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs!

Asking for modem months after cancellation.

Cancelling the service took ages... and months later they sent me a bill for not returning the modem eventhough it was returned and verified in the store. Staff in unfriendly and refuse to solve the situation. Not recommended. The fact that they took months before getting back to me with the invoice shows how badly and unprofessional they are.

Got internet for my elderly mum.
Cyta was the best company I’ve dealt with. Ever !
They turned up on time and customer service was excellent.
In the router box an adapter was missing and a gentleman from Cyta got in his car and posted in our letterbox within a couple of hours.
Then we get a phone call to check everything was working fine. What other company would do that. None.
Highly recommend and thanks for a fantastic service.
