Very easy to deal with and very promp with the stick.

Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday morning and worked straight out of the box (only needed to enter our Wi-Fi password, no other credentials/configuration required). Changing channels is very straightforward using the remote's back/previous/next buttons. Highly recommended for non-techies who would struggle with smartphones/laptops/VPNs etc.
