Great product as described, easy to order and arrived earlier that I expected.
I ordered Tower fan with remote, good quality, works really well and quite on slow speed plus 3 year guarantee. Very pleased .

My Daewoo kettle stopped working after 13 months.
I only purchased the item because it proudly states on the outer box packaging '3 year warranty' on both the front and back.
However, it fails to mention on the outer packaging that the extra two years is extendable if you register within 28 days of purchase and the kettle manual only conveniently mentions this on the very last page of the user manual literature. Probably in the hope the nobody reads this far into the literature. Contacted Daewoo in the hope they would assist as I still had the original receipt but was bluntly told item is outside warranty, and they cannot assist without a ticket number for extended warranty. Absolute joke of a company!. Now considering legal action through small claims court against Daewoo for item not being fit for purpose, as no item should break down 1 month after standard 1 year warranty expires. If any body would like to join me on this journey, then please reply to this post. Update 03.07.25: In reply to Daewoo's customer care reply: The outer packaging art work DOES NOT mention extendable 2 year warranty anywhere!. You are misleading the customer with the false premise that the item is covered with a standard 3 year warranty!!

Recently bought the white toaster and kettle set. Love them, they look great in my new kitchen. Was a little worried that the water from the kettle would have a plastic taste but concerns weren’t warranted, I haven’t experienced any residual aftertaste.

The purchase was made and delivery of the item was delivered in a timely fashion. What I was not expecting was the multiples of suspected spam calls on my mobile, Daewoo are the only company I have give my mobile number to, now I'm receiving so many
Spam calls presumably from people they sold my number to. Disgusting behaviour.

I was advised by email that Evri had returned my purchase to Daewoo as I needed to cancel it before delivery. I did wait several days without any refund, hence the initial negative review. Today my refund has been paid in full so the company has fulfilled my request.
