Michelle at customer service is very helpful, always offers help and explains appointments clearly.
Plumber arrived on time stated and did a good job, didn’t know which tap type needed fitting but went and got relevant part. Was also polite and chatty.
Overall very good, recommended.

I would highly recommend D.A Gas, they arrived on time to fit our bathroom cabinet. The job was not a straight but he overcome any obstacles and done a great clean and tidy job. I have no problem recommending Dave if you would like a professional plumber

I've used D.A Gas for a couple years now and always find them to be really professional. Jobs have included installing a new sink, boiler/cylinder servicing and more recently the installation of a combi-mate. Always punctual, polite and tidy.

Excellent, prompt and reliable company

I’ve been using DA Gas since I moved into the area over 6 years ago… so multiple times, yearly for gas checks & most recently because of no heating. This problem was dealt with efficiently & in a cost effective way as always.
The company is honest & a real pleasure to deal with, which is a rarity in this day & age.
Starting with the lovely Michelle in the office who is just wonderful at her job & definitely deserves a pay rise 😄 through to all the engineers who’ve been out to my property… notably Nick, Kane & Dave.
Thank you all for the work you’ve done for me in the past & will do again in the future.

I’ve used DAGas several times in recent years. Most recently for a complicated bath panel installation. The service is always great. Super clean and efficient. The engineers and plumbers are as kind as they are courteous. I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone!

From my initial phone call to their office, right through to completion of the job, I could not fault the professional approach from everyone involved. The young man, Danny who came to complete the job, was polite, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly. I was also fortunate to have same day service, as Danny had completed his previous job earlier than expected and I was telephoned asking if he could come straight away, which I was extremely pleased with. Thank you to both Danny and Michelle in the office for your help. We will definitely use your company again when the need arises.

We had a leak coming from the pipework for our shower and called D.A Gas, Heating & Plumbing Ltd to sort it. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

Michelle in the office was a superstar. She organised the whole job and made everything easy. Dave then came out, found the problem and fixed the leak quickly and professionally.

I would highly recommend D.A Gas who have serviced our boiler for a number of years. Michelle, in the office, who calls to make the annual booking, is always friendly; she also checks in before and after the appointment to make sure everything is ok.
Dan, the engineer, is also a polite, friendly, efficient and honest member of the team. If anything extra needs doing, he checks to see if we are happy for what he suggests to be carried out.

This is the second time I have used DA Gas and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Kept me informed as to when they would arrive. On time, efficient and very friendly and professional staff. Did a good job in replacing the cold water valve to my washing machine. The work done comes with a one year guarantee so you feel you can trust the standard of workmanship. Very pleased.

DA Gas answered my call in a friendly manner. Someone attended the same day. The problem with the boiler was identified and resolved the same day. The cost was good value for money. I would recommend this company.

I have used DA gas before and had excellent service and great customer service. Needed to have them back for my shower. Had a lovely guy Danny made sure I was happy with his work and make sure everything was working before he left. No mess whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

I have been using DA Gas for years and they have never let me down. The last call out was due to my boiler shutting down and my home losing hot water. Within two hours of me calling, an enginner was on site and our hot water returned.
