Truly horrible experience
Truly horrible experience. They’ve held up my transfer for an urgent payment. I’ve verified my identity through BankID (the most secure ID). I’ve sent my tax statement yet can’t reach a customer service agent. I’m suffering for using the service. Please abort use.

I am really being honest and…
I am really being honest and constructive in my assessment of my first experience with your service. I have sent a transaction from my Halifax account to my DBI account all under my name and from myself to myself. How easy and staight forward can that be!
But after 4 days of that transaction my transfer is being processed and under review, inspite of me submitting all the requested docunents from my side.
I was expecting it being processed and complete process or reject it and refund my money, but to keep the money and just to say it is being processed is really ridiculous.

Worst customer service!!!
I have been calling since Saturday morning to get a simple issue with my account resolved, but it is still not fixed. They do not keep their promises, they are dismissive on the phone, and they tell you they have other customers to help. Worst of all, they make absolutely no effort to help or find a solution. Extremely disappointing customer service.
