Overall, your service is 100% good, and I really appreciate it.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the customer service through the app, especially the Call and Chat support. Sometimes customers don’t get a response, especially in the Somali language section.
I also had a small delay with a transfer I made through the app, but it has now been released and the issue was resolved.
Other than that, I’m very satisfied with your service. Keep up the good work👏

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Dahabshil. When you are handling people’s money, this level of service and communication is unacceptable. Still haven’t get any update about the money I sent 7 days ago. The tracking system doesn’t work. No explanation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dahabshil. Think carefully before trusting them with your money.
