I feel like such an idiot for not reading these reviews before booking the flight

They canceled 48h before my trip, but I have hotels, car hire, meetings all booked at the destination and these amatuer clowns can't run a decent airline. Of course, they contact us page doesn't work, their contact number is false. If I meet a management member in person in Bucharest, be certain their will be a police intervention between us.

Cancelled my flight 24hours before the flight.
They are extremely unprofessional, no contact points, no response via emails. They need to be shut down as an airlines.

Buenas tardes. Me encuentro en Rumanía. Tenía reservado el vuelo de Rumanía a España reservado para el pasado 18 de Julio. El vuelo se nos canceló con 4 días de antelación. Se nos programó nuevamente para el próximo 21 de julio, vuelo que también se ha cancelado. NO CONFIAR.

If i could mark it as 0 i would!!!! First time i tried to use the airline.
Just a direct flight as i was suppose to flight out the next day with another airline.
Canceled it! Offered refund or accept the new scheduled day the next day. I said okay, shit happens, let me run the numbers to see if its worth changing my return flight instead of booking another. Ended up wrongly remaining with the airline for the new scheduled flight the next day.
You can imagine what came next. A day before the flight, they simply cancelled it again. After i made check it, after getting ready.
UNACCEPTABLE airline. NEVER AGAIN. Claimed my money back and paid double in an indirect flight as at this point i needed just to get to my destination and not lose my already booked twice returned flight.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am extremely disappointed with this airline. They cancelled my flight and have completely ignored my attempts to contact them. I have emailed and called multiple times to ask for either a rescheduled flight or a refund, but I have received no response.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. Cancelling a flight is frustrating enough, but leaving customers without any support or communication is even worse. I would not recommend this airline based on my experience and hope they improve the way they treat their

we have not received refunds, we cannot contact them by phone or email, because it's a different department. waste of money!

IMPOSSIBILE contattare un centro assistenza telefonicamente, tutti i numeri risultano staccati!
Addirittura vengono dati dei numeri fasulli che non sono di proprietà della compagnia.
IMPOSSIBILE usare la CHAT di assistenza del sito.... dopo 4 ore di attesa non ho avuto nessuna risposta.
Scrivi una mail, ti rispondono in modo molto conciso senza darti spiegazioni e quando cerchi di interagire con altre mail spariscono.

Bonjour, Je déconseille, notre vol a été annulé deux semaines en amont, sans aucune autre solution.

⭐ (1 Stea) - Pure amateurs! Left our dog in the sun and ruined our trip!Avoid Dan Air at all costs! They are absolute amateurs and showed a complete lack of professionalism on June 5, 2026, on the Madrid - Bacau route (Booking ref: 12YB2D).Not only did the flight suffer a massive 3-hour delay, but they treated our pet with shocking cruelty. We had fully booked and paid in advance for our Maltese Bichon, Rocky. After passing all security checks, the ground staff left our dog sitting on the baking hot tarmac in the sun for an hour and a half, putting his life in danger!Then, right before boarding, the captain informed us that the aircraft assigned to this flight lacked a proper ventilation system in the cargo hold. Consequently, they refused to fly our dog, leaving us completely stranded at Madrid airport without any alternative flight, rerouting, or assistance. To make matters worse, when we went to retrieve our dog, he was left completely unattended and abandoned on the open baggage carousel, exposed to theft or injury.They took our money for a service they legally and technically could not provide, delayed our flight by 3 hours, and traumatized our family and our pet. We are now demanding our official EU261 compensation of €800 (€400 per passenger) and a full refund. We have already filed a formal complaint and will escalate this to ANPC and aviation safety authorities. Disgraceful company!

Buongiorno. Non ho parole....non si riesce mai a contattare telefonicamente nessuno. È possibile avere un recapito telefonico che qualcuno risponde?

It is almost impossible to communicate with DAN AIR regarding ticket cancellations and refunds. We tried repeatedly to contact the company to cancel our ticket and request a refund, but without success.

The contact form on the website did not help, the live chat was unanswered, and the customer service phone number is only available during limited hours. When we finally reached someone by phone, we were informed that they were an outsourced call center in Ireland and were unable to assist with our request or make any decisions on behalf of the airline.

We made several attempts to contact the airline within the allowed cancellation period, yet received no response. Later, we were told that too much time had passed to process the refund, despite the fact that the delay was caused by the airline's lack of response.

The website, communication channels, and overall customer support are far below the standards one would expect from a European airline. Very disappointing experience.

We were a group of 9 family and friends, 4 from our group were seated in row 21 totally surrounded by a large group of Romania gypsies, they were loud and obnoxious, let the children run up and down the small isle so that the crew could not get through. They let the children bounce on the drop down tables behind us banging and kicking the seats. Not one of the cabin crew checked them for the disruptive and intimidating behaviour. Besides that there wasn't anything we asked for from the trolley. The aircraft has seen better days. Very poor, flight from hell.

Wondering why people still book with this company. Out of 5 flights with them I enjoyed only one, the rest were either cancelled or heavily delayed obliging me to cancel.
My newest flight got cancelled as well so, thanks but no thanks.
