J My wife and I decided to upgrade our windows, two bedrooms and lounge, we selected four companies, D&H Windows being one of them. From our visit to their show room we were greeted by a lovely young lady on reception, an appointment was made for a visit.
Gary came along, very knowledgeable and discussed our
needs, no pressure, all very informal. E Mail was received a few days later, very detailed, options and prices, all very professional.
We decided that D&H were by far the company that impressed us the most.
About seven weeks later a date was arranged.
The installation team, Billy and Sam, were fantastic, their work ethic was unbelievable, no tea or coffee for these guys, three days later everything was installed, craftsmanship par excellence, what a team.

Just had 5 Front Windows & a Composite Door fitted by D&H Windows from Gary arriving to measure up and quote can’t fault this company at all staff in the showroom were very helpful and friendly the 2 lads who came out to carry out the fitting Steph & Max were excellent very polite, very tidy and discussed things as they went along all in all highly recommended.

The whole experience was fantastic, with great service, clear communication throughout and an excellent range of doors to choose from. Everything was completed professionally and to a high standard. Billy And Sam did a fantastic job installing my parents new doors. Very efficient and friendly and did a first class job. Arrived on time and cleaned up all mess. A credit to your organisation.

Just had Billy & Sam to fit new bow window , to replace my old bow window which had been in place for 20yrs , turned out another great job, both good hard working lads very pleased with job have used this company in the past and will use again.

Totally professional and very pleasant when I ordered a new door, Scott the fitter was very pleasant whilst fitting the door, very little noise, all mess was cleaned up afterwards, having used D and H windows in the past, we knew we would be getting top class service and materials used. D & H windows give a first class tidy and professional window and door instillation service. We have used them a couple of times over the years for different projects that we have had going on our property.

DH fitted 5 triple glazed windows and fitted insulation and cladding to the front porch of an upstairs flat in Cramlington. Can't fault the workmanship and both the cladding and the windows are of a fantastic quality. Very glad we went with them.

I got this company to replace 8 windows of various sizes with double glazing and install a new composite front door.
Knowing nothing whatsoever about double glazing and/or doors or even which company to employ, it was a pleasure to give them the trade and they excelled themselves with their service.
From the initial visit by Henry (the owner) to the survey by Gary and finally to Scott/Dean/Steph and Sam who all contributed to the installation work, they all showed tremendous professionalism and knowledge.
Probably one of the best things I was impressed with was the fact that all the lads were so tidy in their work.
Unbelievably, all the installations were completed over two days 14th/15th July 2025 and I now have a house to be even more proud of.

We recently had a new lightweight conservatory roof installed by D&H Windows, and would highly recommend them. Gary took the time to draw up a number of designs and quotes, which were very competitive, and no pushy salesperson to contend with! Scott and team did a great job of the install, electrics and plastering and we are delighted with the finished result

I've just had a box bow window fitted with canopy over full width of the house absolutely blown away by the finish can't rate D&H WINDOWS highly enough the attention to detail was fantastic and the window fitters are a credit to the company I've got an extremely happy wife so happy life massive thanks to the team.
