We had 2 viewings with Jessica Jones and she was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she answered any questions we had and made sure we knew we could contact her at any time for further questions. We put an offer on the house and Jess updated us when she could and informed us the same day that the offer had been accepted. Thank you so much Jess for all your help! Would recommend Jess and Darlows in brynmawr so much.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jada, who showed us around and quickly built a great rapport with us. After making an offer and negotiating slightly, our offer was accepted. Jada was fantastic, and I cannot praise her enough. However, the next part is where they truly excelled.

I needed to exchange and complete as quickly as possible to save on an additional month's rent. Unfortunately, the vendor's solicitors didn't share my sense of urgency. That's when Elinor stepped in. She was exceptional in handling the vendor's side of things and kept me informed every step of the way. We managed to exchange, and completion was achieved one day ahead of my target.

I have no plans to sell, but when that day comes, there is only one agent for me: Darlows*Brynmawr.

Jada has been excellent from the start of the selling process. Constant feedback on viewings. Very efficient, friendly and lovely to deal with.

Jessica jones always keeps me informed of any houses that are coming up for sale in the area I’m looking for , she is always polite when I speak with her over the phone .

We’ve recently been working with Jada. She’s been really helpful, friendly and professional.

Would like to start off by saying that before we had the keys to our house, Darlows were very responsive to emails, calls and queries. On the other hand, ever since we have received the keys, anything that we have asked, we have been fobbed off or ignored. We were told that the property that we have purchased would have any rubbish removed before we received the keys, but we have just spent 2 days cleaning out the attic and separating the rubbish to be disposed and we haven’t even got round to the outhouse or shed, which are both filled to the brim with rubbish. When cleaning out the attic, we found evidence of drug use in the form of a “grow tent” and 2 sharps boxes (dirty needles). Luckily, we found these and not our young niece and nephew who were there and excited to help us with our new house. We have contacted Darlows on 3 separate occasions since we found out that the property was still full of rubbish, each time we have either been ignored or told that we would be passed on and then contacted, we have not been contacted once. We have also been told that our boiler is brand new, but the boiler started leaking as soon as we turned the water back on in the house and no the attic floor, along with the ceiling and wall in the master bedroom are soaked.



All in all, I would like to say that since Darlows took our money, they have done nothing but make our lives harder with the contact issues and calls being ignored.

Jada was the most amazing person we could have had when viewing a property. She was everything we needed and more. I Feel so blessed we had her and i cant thank Jada enough for everything she has done to help us. Thank you so so much!

Jada was fabulous, totally restored our faith in the viewing and purchase process. Very efficient responses to queries and questions.
The photographs of the property and gardens were also very accurate.

About a grand more expensive commission-wise than more personable estate agents in the area. Best hope that they sell your house within a couple of weeks or else they completely lose interest and move on to newer properties. Poor communication all the while and broken promises in regards to better advertising the property. Have since sold the house with a more competent estate agent within two weeks of it going back on the market.

I dealt with a very lovely lady called Jessica jones in the brynmawr branch and i have to say the service she provided was superb. she was very accommodating and very knowledgeable of the property i was viewing. including surrounding areas, she answered all my questions and nothing was to much trouble for her. she answered my questions honestly and was an absolute delight to deal with. she truly is an asset to your business and a lovely lady too. many thanks for great customer service jess .. xx

Tried to book an appointment to vein a cash only property in lakeside today but can’t book for next week only on the 14th March 2023nas per usual brynmawr darlows helpful as usual NOT

Shocking customer service! I called to enquire about a viewing & the lady I spoke to sounded bored. I asked about a viewing for a property I liked the look of & she bluntly asked “have you got a house you have to sell”, with slight attitude, which took me back a bit. I said yes, to which she sighed, quite loudly & replied “fine, I can book a viewing” - if first impressions count, then I’d advise that you put people on the phone, who actually know how to engage clients. What sort of attitude is that to have, when your customer facing?

Brother went to look at flat. Stinking flat but he said he will paint it etc himself as he was homeless.. pass all checks he was told! Tok a holding money had email today and was told he couldn't have it or money back!! You owe £150 GIVE IT BACKITS HIS NOT YOURS!! WORST COMPANY EVER AND NOT LETTING THIS GO!!
