Excellent prices over a number of years with a range of maps including Ordnance Survey.
I mad a mistake with the order and they helped get this sorted ... humans helping not bots!

Recently purchased an OS map from Dash. The map did not arrive which was clearly the fault of the courier. Contacted Dash by email. Had a response within a few hours confirming that a replacement was in the post. It arrived the following morning. Sometimes you only know how good a company is by how they respond when something goes wrong. Excellent customer service.

The high score is for price and free delivery. However, one map I ordered was out of stock but I couldn't tell that until I'd placed the order. I probably wouldn't have ordered from this company at the time if I'd known it was OOS. As free delivery was based on the cost of two maps, I had to wait for both. The maps arrived in double wrapped, non-degradable plastic bags which was disappointing. The OS maps are, of course, fabulous :)

Easy to use website and order process. Maps delivered in good time. Good value.

Used for a number of years now, always look to buy my o/s maps from them, good prices but more importantly prompt delivery, means you can rely on them. Would recommend.

We have used Dash4it over several years for our OS maps etc. They have always got the maps we need in stock and at competitive prices. This particular order was placed very recently and the web site is so easy to navigate ordering was simple, safe and quick. What was stunning about this experience the order arrived the very next day in the morning!

Couldn’t be simpler to order and delivery was amazingly quick.

Whilst ordering "overnight delivery" is highlighted, the site doesn't mention that items won't be despatched immediately! Once I'd paid I was informed that I would get items in a few days, nothing came and when I checked nothing had been sent. On emailing customer services I was told that a new delivery had been received and my order would be sent as soon as that had been processed. It came the next day - but that was 10 days after the order was placed. You do yourself no favours by suggesting quick delivery but not following through, even a "temporarily out of stock" apology (or similar) would have helped!

Ordered online 3 maps in the evening - got automated confirmatory email shortly followed by further automated email stating one out of stock so order would be delayed - I emailed customer services back asking for out of stock item to be substituted by an alternative choice - received confirmation of this following morning and maps were delivered the subsequent day

Easy to locate the map I needed. Available at a competitive price with a very reasonable next day delivery charge.

The choice and the quality of products is great and the prices reasonable. I'm happy with that.
However, it felt like the delivery "took forever", in spite of being within The UK.
If anything, the delivery could be improved!
