Great price and quick delivery

Item (Silva compass) arrived as promised, in good condition and it was keenly priced. I'd definitely recommend Dash4it.

This is the first time I’ve used Dash4it for my maps. I’m impressed with how easy it was to order and the delivery service used. Very competitive with their pricing.

Dropped a star this time around as the contracted courier (APC) failed to deliver as advised, only communicating "a delay" halfway through the day. Fortunately, the package was received early the following day so limited further inconvenience.

I've been using Dash4it for a long time and have become used to their great service!! For example, my maps still arrived promptly despite delivery being delayed. If they had to improve anything I'd suggest making the website slicker as it can be a bit clunky and provide details of the revision date of maps being sold to ensure customers know if they're buying the latest version.

The item I ordered was for next day delivery, which I expected as previous orders had indeed arrived the following day. This order was however delivered the day after.

A very good discount on the RRP for the maps. The maps were new and in good condition and delivered quickly.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong map and the returns system is simple and efficient.

I ordered a map and guide book early in the week for a weekend trip. I was emailed to say the guide book was out of stock and not expected before the weekend. They were going to hold the map until the guide book arrived in. I rang them and explained the situation and the map was dispatched so that we had it for our trip.

Ordering was easy and maps were delivered within 24 hours. The delivery driver being extremely helpful.

Tried to do an order via Paypal. It didn't work and messages failed to get a positive response. The online chat abandoned me without a solution. Have had many years of excellent service but will now shop elsewhere.

Maps ordered and paid for, email saying dleivery delayed. No further contact and impossible to get a reply. I've tried webchat, phone and email. Webchat is busy, please wait, email no response phone, leave a message then no reply. Very disappointed.

So easy to find the maps that I was looking for and at the best price. Delivery was quicker than expected, which was great too. Always buy more than I intend to, but with free delivery, why not? Brilliant.

I’ve been buying maps from Dash4it for years. They are consistently, reliable, efficient and the maps always get to me fast, in next to no time!
Their website is exceptionally easy to use and I love the graphical representation of the UK so that you can choose precisely the right map for your needs. You can zoom in on it to make sure you’re buying just the right map.
I will continue to use Dash4it for my maps because they provide such an excellent service.
