Very welcoming friendly environment, good place to work and do business.

I recently purchased through David Conway and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Their staff are honest, reliable and friendly. I was very satisfied with the service received, Ross in particular went above and beyond and handled everything smoothly despite a hiccup on the vendor’s side on completion day. He kept in contact throughout and helped to progress everything ASAP. A much better experience than with the company I sold through

A man called me after I left message on their site. He asked me to go to the property 7 mins later/one hour later for a viewing.I told him that I needed 2 hours to be there. Then he asked me questions but my english was not good enough, he became impatient, requested my husband called him then hung up. No one called me for viewing that property afterwards.
If your speaking english level not like this man, don't contact otherwise you'll be insulted.

David Conway had their work cut out as we had been let down by a well known online Estate agents.

We had paid upfront and got very few viewings.

Ross Pursey managed our sale from start to finish in a very supportive and sensitive way, kept in touch frequently to update us and gave excellent advice. The other members of the Team at South Harrow were also extremely helpful especially Kav. They made the process as painless as possible, we would highly recommend them.

What an excellent and organised agency. I dealt with Ross throughout my purchase, and I found him to be friendly, professional and very accommodating. Although it was a long ordeal getting to completion he was regularly in touch with me to get updates on the vendor's behalf, but never demanding. If I was selling, I'd definitely consider D&C. I even got a surprise gift box of little home start goodies when collecting the keys, which topped off an excellent experience.

From the initial house viewing to the handover of the keys, David Conway & Co (Harrow branch) were highly attentive, organised and efficient. Having moved house during Covid-19, I anticipated issues along the way but Ross was in constant contact with me, which made me feel very reassured. I would highly recommend using their services. These guys are excellent and very efficient. If you are looking to move around South harrow area this is the proper estate agent to go for. Selling one’s home is either exciting or terrifying, however the professional manner in which the agents at David Conway & Co operated gave me confidence that they indeed had my best interest at heart. They updated regularly with emails and phone calls. They had potential buyers who viewed my property and gave feedback from them.
