The web site order did not have a field for size information, so that would be good to add instead of using a note. And documentation detail papers would be nice to have. Make sure to allow time for international delivery.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by this situation. While the parcel was lost in transit—an issue beyond our control—we took immediate action since all our shipments are fully insured. Although the insurance claim process can take up to 6 months, we didn't want you to wait.
To resolve this quickly, we offered to remake your ring with complimentary express shipping. However, as per your preference for a refund, we have already processed the full amount and shared the transaction proof with you. We appreciate your patience and are glad we could settle this as per your choice.
Bracelet doesn't look as good as online
I bought a gold bracelet with a lotus flower studded with small diamonds. I really liked the flower, but the color of the gold was not what i expected, so i ended up returning it. The customer service was helpful with the return

Great to work with, great products
I was very impressed with the customer service. No matter what time of day I sent a message on their website, I had a response in less than a few minutes. They were always very helpful despite my silly questions. The ring I was looking for was very specific and they designed it beautifully and affordably. I was surprised at the shipping as well. It came faster than I had expected considering they are overseas and we had to go through the whole design process (which was super easy). I would recommend David Simson jewelers to anyone with a gift for a special someone.

A gift purchased one time and never change, and it should be special for a person from design to the box.
You sent me wrong order, white instead of yellow,
I asked to be on anniversary day, you sent one week later and I didn't know that you were gonna ship from India.
Packaging, your brand on the box was printings with Glue, it is super nonprofessional
the necklace was in a white toilet paper and in a plastic box.
in the box, there was a note with %50 discount on next purchase which made me feel like a fool!
I paid $1,000 and I didn't feel like I bought very special gift!!
