Ordered mine last Monday after seeing some positive reviews online. Arrived Wednesday and I've just tested it for the first time today. Have to disagree with many of the comments on here. It is very easy to set up and offers great power output for the price paid. I'd give 4 stars but will give it a few more tries before that.

Do not buy from these people. I cancelled my order (as is my right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and they have completely failed to engage with my repeated return and refund requests. The response and interactions I am getting from their email address (which is, per their website, the only way to return the product) are clearly AI generated and are entirely failing to provide any return instructions. This amounts to a clear breach of UK consumer law. Avoid, avoid avoid. Appalling behaviour.

Do not even think about using these people.
Total scam. The way it works is that they sucker you in to buying with a well orchestrated fake review and marketing themselves as a UK company. You receive the product in a couple of days. When you ask to return ( for any reason as you are allowed to do) you communicate with AI responses (Maria) who informs you that you have to return the product to China which is obviously uneconomic. They also will not give you returns information to enable you to do so.
I reported my case to the c/c company who fought the case and luckily after extensive data gathering they got me a full refund.

It took ages to arrive and, on second usage, it started to issue smoke and there was a burning smell so had to be turned off. No paperwork arrived with it which was a problem regarding returns. I had not read the details of this before ordering. When I did read the returns policy, I learned it had to be within 14 days which had passed before my first usage. It definitely is not fit for purpose.

Ordered Tuesday lunchtime and delivered Thursday lunchtime. Superb service and kept informed through email and Yodel link. Had an issue (all my fault) and the response from Maria was so quick and informative. Now cleaned the patios just using the gun and far better result than I had from a similar priced Karcher. I do agree one of the figments is plastic and may have a durability issue but value for money and quality of service excellent

THE SETTINGS DONT WORK CORRECTLY, THE STRONGEST SETTING JUST DRAWS SQUIGGLY THIN LINES, THE WIDEST WEAKEST SETTING DOES NOTHING ATALL ON CAR OR PAVING. THIS COMPANY IS A CHINESE SCAM

In terms internet scam, fake review and customer service that makes an hornets nest an attractive prospect. Bought the washer after being suckered in by fake review, tried the product on receipt and found my hosepipe easily more powerful. Inform the supplier and requested a refund with 8 days. I was told to send a video of the product and foolishly did only for the supplier to say their engineer conclude the product was fine. Also I was outside the return period and offered 5% refund to keep the item. My customer rep went by the alias “Maria”. This product is not even fit for the tip it should never have been made. This is my worst online shopping experience. Run for the hills if you are offered this product!!

DO NOT TOUCH! Like others, I saw this had a really good review on a comparison site and I ordered one. Shortly after I saw a raft of bad reviews and tried to cancel my order within 20 mins. They refused, claiming it was shipped (a lie) and are now telling me to return the unit to China, bearing all cost, duties and liability or I can take a 5% refund. I have raised it as a disputed payment with my credit card and expect the pain to continue. This is a scam company - DO NOT TOUCH!

My husband saw this pressure washer online. It said it was a number 1 item above Karcher. Obviously fake!!
It arrived a few days later.
The lance was missing from package so unable to use.
Very flimsy plastic not worth £10 let alone over £100!!
My husband contacted company who said he'd have to send back to China at his expense and pay any duty stamp. They offered an 8 percent refund. No offer of sending the part that was missing. We wish we'd read the company reviews before purchasing this product.
Luckily this was paid on a credit card.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. The positive reviews that come up when you first search for reviews are fake. I’ve lost £119, have a jet washer that has less pressure than a watering can and it is not worth the risk of trying to return it. The company ships it from the UK (an address in Luton) but expect you to return it to China at your expense. I cannot risk it, as if it gets lost in the post they will not reimburse you! Just another way to try to rip off scammed customers. So so bad! I am contacting trading standards uk as so many people are getting scammed. Disgusting.

bought the jetwasher as a patio cleaner since the spec was ok (160 bar 420lpm) and the review i read by Protech was very positive and gave the impression that the product was German although on checking it said the developers were from Germany
in the event the washer performed very poorly
no handbook was included, just a short page of instructions which weren’t very clear
i discovered a video on line which gave the same info but spoken in a chinese accent
i noticed that the product was on offer and the offer ended soon
when i checked later the timer had been reset
i then began to suspect possible fraud
i contacted the reviewer Protech to check the review was genuine but the email was returned undelivered
i tried to return the item but they said i had to pay the carriage fee back to china which would cost half the purchase fee with now guarantee of refund if it was damaged
in conclusion the washer is probably ok for cleaning the car or similar items but can’t deal with dirty patios

Well it's cheapish I suppose, but that's about the good stuff.
Works from the hose, straight from mains, but leaks, and pressure isn't great. Doesn't work at all from bucket, as it says it does. Only tried this, because pressure washers never seem to last long, and this was a bit cheaper. But won't waste my money again. If this manages to see the year out, I'll be surprised.

I ordered the pressure washer and the patio cleaner in January 26. The washer arrived after two weeks without the patio cleaner. Eventually the patio cleaner arrived three weeks later but without the extension pole that connects it to the pressure washer handle. I’ve had only one response to my online query and nothing positive for more than a week now. They just don’t respond to emails and don’t provide a telephone number. So I’m left in limbo not knowing if they are sending me the missing part or just ignoring me. My recommendation is don’t buy DayPlusor, go for a more recognisable UK brand. They are hopeless.

Only given one star because they don't let you give 0. This is an absolute pile of junk. Doesn't fit together securely. Not worth a tenner. The company are very unhelpful re returns. Insist on you sending it to China even though they dispatch from UK. They don't answer questions, just sent you on a cycle of AI generated emails.
But don't despair. I raised a dispute through my credit card. They then email to threaten your credit rating. Ignore this and persist. They cave in.

I bought this power washers thinking it was quality made in the UK but to my surprise and disappointed I find it made in China .
The instructions could have been better .
We will see how long it last

Bought a powerwasher on the back of an online e search of the Best power washer tested !! It was No.1 !! I tried to email the guy who did the review but of course it came back as undeliverable from the homely looking person who's face they used. It is absolutely rubbish quality wise. My son tried to use it and it was put in the garage. I dont think he wanted to offend me. DO NOT BUY OR BELIEVE THE REVIEWS !!! I didn't even bother to email the company as another review said they had done this and it was going to cost more than the machine itself to do this. I feel so embarrassed as it was a birthday gift.

My pressure washer was never delivered and lost by Evri, so they say. I have requested a recharge from the bank and getting threatening emails from the company now , offering me 20% of my refund if I withdraw the recharge. You cannot make this up. How they can operate in the U.K ?. Beware of these scammers as they change company details constantly, you can get cheaper and better pressure washers elsewhere.

Do not buy this jet washer
I purchased this washer based on a no1 review online. I wanted a compact washer a little better than the one that just gave out on me, even though my old one lasted about 30 years. This Dayplusor model was obviously cheaply made, inferior quality materials, and accessories which weren't even moulded correctly to fit the nozzles. The lance is way too short for comfortable use, and the power cord is too short. My feedback to the company was a waste of time. They were oblivious to providing customer service, and told me that the poor mouldings, and shape of them, despite me providing pictures, were meant to be like that, really!!
I have to agree with other negative reviewers, this company are potential scammers, and as customers we should avoid them, and not encourage this sort of trading. I made a mistake buying this product, better, and cheaper models in Amazon with better outflow pressure, as my 30 year old machine performed better than this box of rubbish, and it is half its size.

I bought this jet washer believing it to be a UK company, it's not it's a company in China. I have tried to rein the item with no success, they tell you to try it which I did is very poor quality. I have sent over forty emails asking for a rerun address. They will tell you it will cost you shipping and import taxes, which I agree to pay still no success in returning the item. I did not read the reviews on this occasion my advice is stay well clear of this company they are ripping people off. Buy any cheap jet washer off Amazon and it will be better quality and if your not satisfied you can at least return the item.
