I’ve used daysoft for 5 years now and love them. They’re well priced and good lenses. Only downsides is the packaging is slightly awkward to open and the fact the shipping and cost of lenses has increased quite a bit. The shipping was free and now costs around £3 for not overly quick shipping and the lenses have slowly crept up. That being said, they’re still very reasonably priced and comfortable

I do not like the way the contact lenses where presented and I found it hard to get them out of the pack without dropping them

You charge €8.50 for delivery, which used to be free, yet it still takes 7 to 10 business days and you don't provide order tracking. This needs to be addressed urgently. At minimum, please provide a working tracking code so we can monitor where our lenses are instead of having to guess.

These are the best contact lences I've ever had , they are so comfortable, highly recommend, they do not cause dry eye and you actually forget your wearing them ,I wouldn't use any other contacts now .

Simple order process, staff are always polite and helpful.

I'm on my second pack now and getting used to the ways of releasing the lenses. I did express frustration at releasing the lenses on a previous review but Daysoft responded with advice and extra lenses immediately. Feeling very happy with them now.

I have used daysoft for many many years, delivery is always super quick.
My last order, I thought i had a sleeve left then realised I did not, I called daysoft, explained i had made a booboo and a swift rescue package was put in place a my lenses couriered to me the next day st no charge, thank you so much daysoft

What a rip off. Nearly 30p for a single lens. That’s 60p to wear contacts for one day. They’ve become con artists in a few years.

I have been wearing Daysoft lenses for about 20 years. I buy 6 months worth at a time Unfortunately I had quite a few issues with my last batch of lenses. I contacted Daysoft customer care via email and got a reply the same day from Claire. She arranged to send me a free months supply and said if I returned my remaining "dodgy" batch to them (via free post) they would send replacements. The free months supply arrived 3 days later, I returned my remaining lenses the same day and received the replacements 3 days after that. What amazing customer service from Daysoft. I want to say thank you and well done on having great customer service and a shout out to Claire for being so helpful.

My order only took 10 days from ordering to arrival in Australia. I have used Daysoft previously, and the delivery service was excellent then too. Well done guy's ,you deserve a big pat on the back ! We highly recommend these guy's, very, very reliable !

I have tried many contact lenses now and was still unable to find a brand that allowed me to wear them for a long day - I would find after 6-8 hours that my eyes would start feeling sticky and I would need to take them out. These lenses were all very expensive and I was left frustrated by this. I saw the advert for day soft lenses on the tube and decided to give them a try. They are so cheap in comparison to my other lenses and my eyes stay comfortable for a long day of wear. I am so happy to have found them!

I have just started ordering from Daysoft, and I must say that the daily lenses are lighter, smoother, and far more comfortable than the others I have tried.

Extremely slow shipping and poor customer service. Order placed on December 19 with a 7–10 business day delivery promise. Weeks later, the tracking still shows no real progress. Customer support keeps asking me to wait without offering a real solution! Very disappointing experience, will not order lenses with them ever again.

Not received them yet. Was expecting a swifter delivery tbh.
