Rey on the DBPower customer support team is extremely helpful and very responsive. I hope I do not have to call them again but am certain if I do, all of my questions will be answered.

Support team is very quick to respond to questions and very knowledgeable of their products. They are also very patient with customers like myself who don't really know what they are doing.

The person I talked to named Alex was very helpful with getting me a replacement for the projector I bought that won’t power on

So my 18 month old DBPower Jump pack dies. (Perhaps partly my fault...but let's skip that part). My product had a 3-year warranty and contacted customer service who took great care of me and send me another (better) jump pack.

So why not 5 stars? It's not because I needed to send them a short video of the dead unit (which was impossible as I was driving from Boston to Los Angeles at the time. I was hoping to get a replacement sent to me while I was on the road....but that wasn't possible...traveling with a 7-year old battery made me a little uncomfortable....and having a jump pack was a little reassuring...which is why I wanted a replacement ASAP. Oh well.

Now the OUCH part. At first, they offered me an exact replacement. (happy moment) then they emailed me that it was out of stock, and then they offered me a 30% discount on a replacement jump pack (very sad moment) that would cost nearly twice what I paid ($34) 18 months ago....WHAT???

Of course, I said NO...then a few days later they came back with a new offer. A new $55 replacement pack. Happy Customer....but it took 24 days to get the replacement.

Great customer service, I recently purchased this projector on Amazon and had a couple issues. I had to send a video of the issues. The same day they reviewed and corrected the problem and sent out a replacement.
