Good board but late next day delivery
The board is excellent and well packaged. Good quality. Reasonable price. Reason for only 4 stars is that I paid for next day delivery and tracking stated expected by 5pm but only turned up after 7pm, by which time my tradesperson had left. The driver was very friendly and helpful though. More realistic timescales for delivery need to be given.

Great service 1st order was ordered on a thursday evening delivery was said to be 1-5 days .Delivered on the Monday great service from delivery company
Didnt order enough 1st time ,2nd order had the same service

poorly packaged
poorly packaged. cellotaped the adhesive i ordered to the pvc panels i ordered putting dents/ cracks in the panels luckily the panels were long enough that i i could cut off the cracked and dented part and still use them. but i doubt ill be ordering anything from them again
Edit: the DBS team reached out to me via email and made up for the damaged panels and said they are making changes to make sure the same thing wont happen again to anyone else.

Good response to problem
I placed an order and delivery was quoted as 1-5 days. On the fifth day courier tracking showed it out for delivery and delivered at the same time. After waiting for the courier to get back to me they informed me that they had returned my items to DBS bathrooms so as to stop any further damage. It was annoying that they weren't going to tell me.
I emailed DBS and they responded very quickly and ask if I wanted a refund or reorder. I asked for a reorder and I'm happy to say it arrived today on next day delivery. So I'm impressed with DBS and would recommend them.

Totally time wasting ..spend thousands already on this company
if the product not damaged then the quantity Missing !!
if the quantity ok then the Delivery Late ..
there is all the time something happen with this company
ordered spend 400GBP And receiving The half of it is Damaged
And Delivery was paying next Day but receiving after 1 weeks
is totally time waster
stop buying from here !! this was the last time !!

Absolutely fantastic company to deal…
Absolutely fantastic company to deal with.
I ordered 4 lengths got 5.
Then I needed another one..they sent two.
Everything was easy, straight forward, zero hassle and I actually spoke to a lady on the phone, no press 1 for this, 2 for a long wait 3 to get annoyed..
Nope straight through to a local lady.
Brilliant service.
And I'll be back for more panels soon.

Very simple to order, good prices and easy to install
Very simple to order, very competitive prices! Delivered in 3 working days, items cut to size and installed using the adhesive on their website. The adhesive was very strong and I didn't need to provide support underneath until it dried.

Panels are always damaged they send…
Panels are always damaged they send replacements no problem but sometimes this can create issues I am a trade installer so really need to step up on the delivery/packaging other than that good company good products
