Vitaliy Krikun, our group leader, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and his English is very good. He developed a great atmosphere and made sure the group thoroughly enjoyed their time with him.

Winter in Almaty wouldn't have been as successful if I didn't have Cozmo Travel Qatar planning the tours in partnership with their local tour operator here in Kazakhstan. I Joined the group tour , we only had 4 days but they maximize the time to see as much as we could.

Thank you to our tour specialist/ tour guide, Mr Vitaly , for your detailed descriptions of Kazakhstan history , places and all, your quick responses to all inquiries, and your tips/recommendations of food / other locations that are out of the itinerary. He is someone who looks out for our best interests. Even while on the trip, you were available to help everyone on your own way. Thank you for everything. You are awesome!

PS: Special thanks to our tour bus driver who was fantastic in the road as well and keeping us all safe.

Overall , it was such a memorable trip! best way to end 2024 indeed. Highly recommend their tour services and will definitely use them again!

Our guide Tina was fantastic, very helpful and kept us on time. The city of Bishkek was my favourite spot.

Valentina aka Tina is an extraordinary guide - warm, funny and knowledgeable, she accompanied us in Bishkek and Almaty and shared her love of her country with us. I could have listened to her talk all day.

The guide was excellent- very knowledgeable - and gave us a real insight into the 2 countries-both their history and the lives of the people today. The programme was varied and the drives between the activities were not too long and the transport was very comfortable. The highlights were the overnight stay in a yurt and the golden eagle encounter. The food was good but be prepared for a long wait before it arrives. Hotels were well situated and comfortable.

Excellent tour guide Ms Tatiana Potopaeva made this tour very special.

This was a wonderful trip made exceptional by the great professionalism of our guide, Valentina. She was so knowledgeable and drew us into the history, customs and beliefs of the countries with infectious enthusiasm.
She supported the whole group but I have to say, I may not have managed the climb to the waterfall without her encouragement and support.
She looked after everyone, and ensured every member of the group felt included and no one was left out or left behind.

My wife, Jocelyn, and I travelled through Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan with a group of other Brits. Our tour leader, Vitaly was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the trip a memorable experience. Our driver, Valery, proved to be one of the safest drivers I've encountered, as well as being a friendly and sociable person. Both Vitaly and Valery are a true credit to DCAT.

I am impressed by the service given by our tour guide Oksana,the transporter .Great guide and driver who keeps us safe,knowledgable.The whole experience is exactly what I needed for a real break.The places and nature escapade was surreal.Love Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.May the level of service maintain.Always glad to come back in the future

We have had a wonderful time in Krykystan and are now in Kazakhstan. Our guide, Vitaliy Krikun, is very informative, patient and always good humoured. He is very efficient and has put 100%effort into making sure we get the most from these extraordinary countries. We can highly recommend him.

Our guide Valentina was the best guide on our tour through the Stans. She gave us much more of herself than a normal guide would and we were all sorry to see her go.

Outstanding tour by Valentina as it was thorough, in depth and very knowledgeable. Also told us what she was going to discuss so we knew the game plan. Well balanced information between monuments, churches and markets. Also very cool and exciting vista to a national park and a subway ride.

Our guide Valentina was a wonderful ambassador for Kyrgyzstan during a 10 day walking tour. She was consistently helpful, informative and entertaining, creating a cohesive and friendly group spirit while ensuring that every individual got the most out of their experience.

The itinerary was well planned and paced, the transport fantastic but, most of all, the leader was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Vitaliy is a true credit.

Very good 10-day tour of northern Kyrgyzstan. Not only it delivered what was promised, but Valentina went the extra mile to entertain us, accommodate our requests and make us feel safe, while also giving us room to explore on our own when time allowed.
