Long term saver
I have been a saver with DCB for over ten years. In that time DCB have moved their banking online and it is now a professional looking app which is easy and simple to withdraw funds.
I am proud to be a member of DCB as it means my savings are safe and benefit my local community.

I rarely go to the extent of having to…
I rarely go to the extent of having to leave a review but my experience with Derbyshire community bank has been shocking and want to warn other customers before using them.
They have no will or desire to look after their customers and people should really think twice before taking out any loans with these.
They are so irresponsible when lending you money which you wouldn’t think for being a local business and I would stay well away.
It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review like this but my whole experience of the service and the customer service I have received has been disgusting!

The people make the company in this case! The communication is prompt from the first point of calling them to the end of the process. They are efficient, professional and understanding, but also responsible and thorough. I used it twice so far but will again if needed and would recommend it to anyone. The agent who dealt with my case was called Lorna and I can not describe just how efficient and pleasant she was. Definitely a company to be trusted!
