I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give a 0, nothing but trouble from the day I took this tin pot cctv out of the box & fitted it up, as a novice & know absolutely nothing how cctv works I thought all was well
Until one day someone went past my FWindow & I looked on the app & it DID NOT RECORD, I got in touch with their stupid BOT thing I was talking to a human being, & it said d this do that try this try that, absolutely nothing worked, I didn’t have the receipts so I was stuck with absolutely crap EUFY CCTV, they sent me another device because of the trouble I’ve had it was really take this & go & do one, Today I went out for an hour with the dog I walked straight in front of the camera, the red light came on I came back a car went past me a few people walking I looked @ the app it never picked me up going out it never picked up the people that I past on the way out, but glory glory hallelujah it picked me up, give this company a miss how these people on here can give this tin pot firm 4.5 stars is mind boggling I’ll never buy anything off this tin pot firm again what proves my point these con men don’t even get in touch with customers complaints that show you how good the are

Missing items from my order!!!

I am absolutely fuming with this half baked company.

I placed an order with Eufy just before the Prime Day sales ended, i was just about to buy Eufy Wired Cam C31 2 Pack with HomeBase Mini off Amazon, but before i purchased this i decided to go on the Eufy site to see if this kit was the same price on there, it wasnt (it was £20 more if i remember right), but it also had two EufyCam C35 cameras, so for me it was a no brainer.

I decided purely because of the small extra cost of this item between Prime Day sales and Eufy site, that Eufy was the best place to get this kit as with the small price difference i was also getting two more cameras.

With then being on the site i decided, you know what ill have a look at the door bell cameras while im here, check what sales they had on them. Once again they had a great sale on these also and in the end i opted for Eufy Video Doorbell S330 which came with a homebase because the doorbell was an add on and needed a homebase 2/3.

To say i was happy with my purchase was an under statement, i saved a load of money on these sales and it was better buying from Eufy than Amazon, but ohhhh boy how i was wrong.

The parcel came through on the 30th June in a grey plastic bag, i was all excited for our new tech that was about to replace half of our Ring cameras and a new doorbell to replace our current Ring doorbell, but to our surprise all the package contained was the Eufy Video Doorbell S330 (with homebase, which is a kit) and two C31 cameras, we were missing the HomeBase Mini and two EufyCam C35 cameras.

I thought this has to be a mistake and there is a second parcel to come yet, so i checked my email and it said all items were delivered. Even though i was concerned i pleasantly got in contact with their support, thinking surely there has to be a mistake, its either coming in another parcel or wasnt actually packed? Nope according to them they were all packed into the same parcel and sent to me.

I have gone back and forth (through emails) with this useless joke of a company over the last few days since about 5 minutes after these three items were delivered, including today and i am about to lose my f**king mind.

Initially i sent a photo of the items i received and told them what was missing, they then wanted me to confirm with some SKUs they sent me for the items i purchased and i had to email them back with the one that was missing (SKU: E811042A). After a few more emails back and forth on 30/06 they said.... 'Thank you for providing your address, Steven. I've successfully arranged for a replacement of the missing eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit with HBmini to be sent to you', Thought brilliant, ok the back and forth was a bit of a pain in the a** but everything is all sorted now and we are going to get our missing items. Ohhhh boy oh boy was i wrong once again.

Today (02/07) ive just had another email from Eufy (whos customer support is actually the Anker brand) where they said....'We have checked your order and confirmed that the **eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit with HBmini (SKU: E811042A)** was shipped together with the other items in a single package'.

You bloody what???

I thought ok let me pull up the Ring video doorbell camera footage for when it was delivered, they can literally see the package being delivered by the courier and see the size of our small grey parcel and easily see this parcel is considerably smaller because of these 3 missing items, you can literally see where the courier is holding the package with one hand by the larger doorbell/homebase box and a small area where the two C31 cameras are. The video is also showing the time and date of this delivery (which will match all information their end for when it was delivered), which shows a small parcel that cannot contain anymore items than the 3 i received.

In this last email they then wanted a bunch of photos of the barcodes, which i provided, my original photo sent had the items sat on top of the grey plastic bag these were sent in and in the further 5 emails i have sent (im now getting pissed off btw) i have included the video of this parcel being handed over to my wife and a photo of the 3 items in the configuration they were in the plastic bag.I have also challenged them to pack these 3 items i received on their end to prove the size of the parcel will match that of the video evidence i have of the delivery, it WILL MATCH 100%

And with now knowing Anker is a part of them, its even more of a kick in the teeth as i purchased two 145w and one 100w charger, six 200w cables and two 165w power banks on Prime day

Ive spent alot of money with Eufy and their other company Anker, feeling like a mug now.

I was recommend Eufy by family (wish i hadnt been) and i love Anker products, but i will NEVER buy either again, nor will i ever recommend them both.

NOW LOOK AT MY VIDEO EVIDENCE PROPERLY AND GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences to date…

One of the worst experiences to date with a company. I purchased a vacuum that was not in stock. Apprently was not going to be in stock until six weeks later. Charged at purchase and then at week four, when I requested to cancel my order, it necessitated a series of four emails trying to convince me to wait 2-3 more weeks, when all along I had been told it'd be coming in 1-3 days. Eufy had my brand loyalty until this stunt. They are shady, misleading, and not worth your time, considering there are other reputable companies that provide just as high-quality a product. Go with another vacuum and save yourself a tremendous headache.

Der Shop hat die Rückerstattung für die verlorene Bestellung bis heute nicht vorgenommen und ignoriert meine wiederholten Anfragen.

Ich bin von diesem Shop sehr enttäuscht.

Wir haben einen Saugroboter bestellt, weil wir ein kleines Kind und einen Hund zu Hause haben, der stark haart. Durch die große Menge an Tierhaaren hat unser Kind sogar eine Allergie entwickelt. Dieses Produkt war für uns daher kein Luxus, sondern eine wichtige Notwendigkeit.

Leider wurde unsere Bestellung aus unbekannten Gründen nie geliefert. Nach 7 Tagen Wartezeit kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice. Der Shop teilte mir mit, dass eine Untersuchung eingeleitet werde, und bot mir selbst zwei Lösungen an: einen Ersatz oder eine Rückerstattung.

Wir entschieden uns für die Rückerstattung, da wir nach dieser Situation das Vertrauen in die Lieferung verloren hatten.

Anfangs versprach der Shop, das Problem zu lösen. Inzwischen werden unsere Nachrichten jedoch einfach ignoriert. Das Ergebnis: Meine Familie steht ohne Produkt und ohne Geld da.

Am schlimmsten ist die völlige Verantwortungslosigkeit und das fehlende Interesse, dem Kunden nach der Bezahlung tatsächlich zu helfen.

Überlegen Sie es sich gut, bevor Sie hier bestellen.

EEN ZEER SLECHT BEDRIJF, MET MOOIE WOORDEN ZOALS (Zorgeloze garantie Levenslange klantenondersteuning), MAAR DAT IS TOT AAN DE VOORDEUR.

Een bestelling geplaatst bij Eufy winkel, helaas wilde ik het afzeggen, maar dat kon niet meer, dan maar laten komen. Echter, het product komt misschien over 7 dagen, (had ik maar bij de bekende grootwinkel bedrijven gekocht dan was het al in huis geweest). Het product komt waarschijnlijk vanuit China wat ik niet verwacht had en ook niet de bedoeling was betreft de levertijd. Dan het grootste probleem EUFY reageert totaal niet op mijn vragen gesteld via email, wat zeer vervelend is.
Eigenlijk kan ik zeggen bestel niets via de site van Eufy want dan duurt het zeer lang voodat je het product in huis heb ( ik heb de reviews gelezen over het verzendbedrijf van Chinese afkomst waar de revieuws bijna allemaal 1 ster zijn). Dus koop niets op de site van Eufy want dan heeft u een groot probleem en mogelijk krijgt u ook geen product als het door verzendbedrijf van Eufy wordt verzonden.

Helaas, nog steeds geen oplossing of excuses van Eufy, ik zit nog steeds op terug betaling te wachten.
Ook geen oplossing geboden voor de niet goed werkende deurbel met homebase, waar ik ook veel geld voor betaald heb. Eufy geeft aan zo geweldig trots te zijn op hun service maar gezien mijn ervaring met de producten van Eufy en de vele 1 sterren reviews van andere kopers klopt hun verkoop praatjes niet. Eufy is niet te vertrouwen in hun service en laat de klant(en) met hun problemen in de steek.
Dus een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2, is mijn mening en advies.

Wordt vervolgd.
Vandaag, 5 juni, een bericht van Eufy, deze wilde ik u nog meegeven.

Mijn naam is ……… en ik ben de manager van de klantenservice. Ik begrijp dat deze situatie teleurstellend is, daarom wilde ik persoonlijk contact met u opnemen.

“Onze excuses voor het ongemak. We zien dat u het pakket heeft geweigerd en we begrijpen uw gevoelens volledig.
Ik heb de volledige terugbetaling al voor u verwerkt en u zou deze binnen 1-3 werkdagen moeten ontvangen.”

HELAAS VERDER GEEN OPLOSSING VOOR MIJN OUDE EUFY HOMEBASE 2 EN DEURBEL AANGEBODEN. DUS AL MET AL NOG STEEDS EEN NIET GOED WERKEND PRODUCT DIE IK NOG STEEDS HEB, WAAR NIET OVER GESPROKEN WORDT.

IK KAN DUS NOG STEEDS NIET EEN GOED REVIEUW SCHRIJVEN OVER EUFY HELAAS.
IK ZAL U DAAROM MAAR NIET ADVISEREN OF VERTELLEN WAT U ALS POTENTIËLE KOPER MOET DOEN, DAT LAAT IK MAAR AAN U OVER.

Eufy Türklingel E340 Erfahrung

Die Funktionsweise, Installation, Bedienfreundlichkeit der Doorbell sowie die App war von dem Preis-leistungs Verhältnis gut es gab keine Schwierigkeiten von der Anwendung her, Sprach Qulität war ohne Rauschen oder Knistern. Besucher oder Paketboten hat man gut Verstanden und diese einem auch.

Mit zusätzlichen Akkus lies sich die Energie Versorgung gut managen ohne Ausfallzeiten ( 1 Akku hält bis zu einem Monat bei niedriger Nutzung).

leider sieht man nicht an der Klingel das der nächste Akku fälig ist (nur in der App gibt es eine Mitteilung und die Prozent Angabe des jetzigen Akkus)

Bei starker Sonnen Einstrahlung wird die Kamera geblendt hingegen bei schlechtem Wetter und Nachts hat man eine gute Sicht.

Leider hat unser Staubsaugroboter dann genau 1 Monat nach der Garantiezeit den Geist aufgegeben. Nach Kontakt Aufnahme mit dem Support-Team wurde uns umgehend ein Ersatzgerät geschickt. Ich war sehr erstaunt und zugleich sehr dankbar für diesen Service! Rückmeldung per Mail waren immer sehr schnell und kompetent. Würde sofort wieder bei Eufy bestellen.

Tweede x dat de bel vd video deurbel…

Tweede x dat de bel vd video deurbel het niet doet in vier maanden tijd zonder enige aanleiding. Stroom zit er altijd op maar bel is offline. Aan Ziggo ligt het niet. Nog een pod tussen de deurbel en dt modern gezet.
De adviezen om dit op te lossen zijn te gecompliceerd en kosten veel teveel tijd. Ik koop een ander merk, nooit meer een Eufy. Bedankt voor de schijn veiligheid

Rückerstattung macht Probleme

ich habe am 14.3. ein Paket per dmd nachweislich zurückgeschickt. 20(!) Mails später mit dem Support bis heute (mehr als 1 Monat später) noch immer keine Rückerstattung bekommen.

Do not rely on these eufy cameras to record people entering your property.. camera app set for Human Motion however, the cameras fail to detect people walking in the gate directly in line with the camera , these are low quality unreliable junk, weird thing is, the camera constantly moves for trees blowing, but doesn't follow/ detect a person walking in the gate? go read real reviews, Many people around the world report this exact issue, Eufy are advertising something their products clearly are not effectively offering the end user, you the consumer. Leave them on the shelf find another brand. 6 months $700 later and realised I got Scammed by Eufy and yes their customer support is noting but AI chat bots sending out nothing but instuctions on how to reset the device..? what do you have to do this everyday of the week.. Waste of time USELESS good for nothing JUNK product from EUFY the SCAMMERS!

Kabelzuführung der Wand-Befestigung verbesserungswürdig

Die Einrichtung verlief problemlos.
Die Videoaufnahmen haben tagsüber eine sehr gute Qualtität und abends und nachts ist sie noch gut.
Einzigter Kritikpunkt ist für mich die Montage an einer Wand und wenn dort das Stromkabel seitlich zugeführt werden muss. Da war etwas Improvisation angesagt. Die Wandhalterung wäre für diesen Fall anzupassen. Die Montageanleitung berücksichtigt hierbei nur, dass das Stromkabel aus der Wand herauskommt. Das trifft aber eher bei einem Neubau oder einer Sanierung zu und nicht im Bestand.

Eufy SUCKS

Eufy sucks. Their customer service AI bots lead you around in circles with no solution. I even got an AI bot pretending to be a live person when I asked for a live representative to help me with several issues. In fact, I was given three different bots with three different names. What a fn joke. My camera is not even a year old and already there are problems with no customer service to help remedy the problem. Time to put this piece of cheap plastic in the city dump and go with a different company.
