Ich habe selten einen so engagierten und guten Verkäufer getroffen, der einem alles erklären und zeigen kann, ohne das man das Gefühl hat zu irgendetwas gedrängt oder überredet zu werden! Top Mann!

Comment est-ce possible que les prix augmentent à ce point ??? Le prix d'un parfum de 50mn cette année est le même qu'un 75ml de l'année dernière. Avec le même montant, on ne peux plus rien acheter c'est scandaleux. Format plus petit = prix plus petit. Ce n'est pas parce que vous avez changé d'identité visuelle (plus moche que la précédente soit dit en passant) que vous pouvez vous permettre ce genre de hausse.
J'ai reçu une carte cadeau de chez vous et bien je vais la revendre car ça ne me donne pas du tout envie d'acheter alors que ça fait des années que j'ai l'habitude de commander la même chose.

Il est par ailleurs impossible d’obtenir des échantillons des nouveaux produits, ce qui rend toute découverte particulièrement compliquée. Acheter sans pouvoir tester, et à des prix élevés, n’est ni rassurant ni cohérent avec la nature même de vos produits.

Dans ces conditions, il est très probable que je cesse de commander à long terme. C’est une évolution que je trouve regrettable, car j’ai toujours été attachée à votre marque, mais l’absence totale de points de vente dans la région détériore fortement l’expérience client.

L'occitane tricked me into unknowingly signing up for a subscription when I made an online purchase in December and I was offered 10% off. Today I got an email that an order was shipped to me and on its way...that I didn't order. I called and they told me I have 30 days to return the order from the day the order is placed, and it can take up to 10 days to arrive. So really, it's 20 days to return it. Then I request the shipping label now so I don't have the hassle of needing to contact them again, and I'm told the return label expires in 7 days...before the shipping window expires. So, there is a 20 day return window (they try to say it's 30 days) but the return label is only good for 7 days. So I have a whole boatload of hassle for an order I never wanted or placed. I will NEVER buy from this company again. The lack of both transparency and accountability from L'Occitane are disappointing, especially considering their exorbitant prices.

Die Bestellung wurde zügig verschickt und ist püntklich angekommen. Die bestellten Waren waren enthalten. Einzig der Bonus, ein gelber Umschlag für die drei Produktproben lag auch im Paket und war tatsächlich einfach leer. Keine Produktproben erhalten.

I visited L'Occitane store in Aldrwood Mall, Lynnwood, WA, USA, a couple days ago, having a question regarding the expiration date on the product I had. Lindsay Murray, a store manager, not only readily explained to me, but also made it as an educational session for her newer employees in the store, she did it in the most pleasant, professional manner. The expiration date is not so ready to understand, Lindsey-is an expert, she knows the subject, and she knows how to explain. Plus her cheerfulness is adorable. When I asked her about the lotion which I had several years ago which I could not find on the shelve, she showed me the new packaging and I purchased it happily. Great experience! Thank you Lindsey!

Auch mit einer sehr empfindlichen Neurodermitis-Haut vertrage ich alle Produkte von L‘Occitane problemlos. Die Handcreme ist der Renner bei meinen Söhnen.

Erhielt dann Nachricht dass es einen Tag später neu verpackt mit gleichem Inhalt zugestellt wird .
Zustellung bis heute nicht erfolgt . Also diesmal für Familie kein Weihnachtsgeschenk von Occitane 🙁.
