Our goods were destroyed in transit by Deadline Couriers. When we attempted to make an insurance claim following the incident, we were initially advised by a member of staff that there were no grounds for rejection but later discovered the claim had been rejected over a month earlier with no communication. We were left to bear the full cost of replacing our equipment ourselves. While the courier fee was eventually refunded, this did not come close to covering our losses. The lack of communication and difficulty resolving this matter made for extremely disappointing customer service. We would not use this service again for valuable or fragile goods.
