Exceptional Villa ....
This company are by far the best in the business .From start to finish everything went smoothly .
Booking was so easy and staff were very helpful and courteous
On arrival at the villa we were gobsmacked at the size of it and the cleanliness of it .
It was the perfect driving distance for all amenities,Disneyworld and all other attractions .
We stayed at Emerald Isle on La Isla Drive and it was lovely and quiet .
The villa had everything in it from the welcoming pack to dish washer tablets ,rubbish bags and toilet roll .
My mobility scooter and wheelchair were waiting for me all charged up
The kitchen was extremely well stocked even down to a liquidiser .
We would not hesitate to book Debbie's Villas again if ever the opportunity arises
We highly recommend them 5*

Amazing from start to end.
Never experienced service like it. From start to end it has been a pleasure booking through Debbie's Villas. I had a couple of questions after I booked so used the chat functionality on the website and received a response within 5 minutes. Great feature.
We received a fantastic welcome pack before we left with information about the villa and the surrounding area so we knew exactly what to expect.
The villa we had was just as perfect as it was on the photos and the price was so much better than quoted on other sites.
I received a courtesy call whilst in Florida and a further call once I had returned home to make sure everything went as planned.
Will definitely be using Debbie's again. 100% recommend 👌

Absolutely fabulous …
This was our third time using Debbie’s Villas and we have nothing negative to say about the company. The friendly service we get from the staff on the phone or by email is brilliant and the villa we’ve stayed in every time is now our ‘home from home’.

A high usage villa
Firstly I would like to say that the villa is lovely presented and love the ideas in the bedrooms and games room. Really easy to find and accessible.
Good points:
* Loads of cutlery!
* Loads of towels for inside and outside
* Bedrooms are huge
* Floats for the swimming pool
* Plenty of seating outside
Bad points:
* Tablets/medication found in games room, which my son put one in his mouth and spat out
* Games room lights, half of them didn’t work
* Rusty oven trays
* Marks on wall where painting is needed
* Wires hanging out of walls
* Dirty games room, especially pool table was full of food
* Fork wedged in back door
* Holes in upstairs carpet
* Oven flame keeps cutting out
* Sofa in living room desperately needs replacing
Whilst I did email the management about the bad points, their reply was it that it’s to be expected in a high usage villa. Because the villa is high usage is no excuse for the points above. It doesn’t state once in the description online that the villa is high usage so you may find all of the above points.
Management are very quick to email and also to send someone out to look at the oven and clean the games room, but yet again blame it on being a high usage villa!

This is Matthew, I am the property manager for this home. I would just like to say that this guest has reviewed the home itself, it is not a review for Debbie's Villas.
As a property manager in the Orlando area, I work with Debbie's Villas who advertise some of our homes and rent them to their own guests. I have nothing but good things to say about Debbie’s Villas and the guests that they place in our homes. They like me, have high standards which I like, as they obviously care about their guests.
The guest contacted myself the night they arrived, to complain that she caught her son with a tablet (what looked like a supplement capsule) in his mouth that he found in the games room and also complained the games room was dirty. She said that the rest of the home was beautiful. I had personally inspected the home a couple of hours before they arrived and so had Debbie's Villas, so this was very surprising.
The following day I went to the home and met with the guest and also met her 12 year old son. The guest was polite and I apologized for the two capsules and then offered to quickly clean the areas in the games room that she pointed out to me, which was some sand / dirt from shoes in the foot wells of two racing games where you push the pedals, and there was also an empty sweet wrapper sticking out from under a games machine. She said she was happy to do it but I insisted and quickly put it right. She then requested pool heat which I discounted and I also waived the callout fee as a gesture of goodwill.
Both Debbie's Villas and I then received other emails from the guest throughout her stay, however we were not copied in with each other, so we were communicating separately with the guest and then keeping each other updated. The guest complained the oven was not working, so I went to the home that day but the guest didn’t want to be present when I was there and so I had to go during the times she was not there. Normally it is the other way around that the guests do not want anyone going into the home when they are not in but this was no problem, we will do whatever the guest prefers. I switched the oven on and it reached 400 degrees and retained that temperature with no issues for over 60 minutes. It is a gas oven, so you can literally see the flames come on and off as it keeps the temperature constant. There was no issue with the oven. Whilst there I noticed two baking trays that were a little tired, so I went and purchased four new ones for the guest and disposed of the old ones.
We received some further emails and surprisingly the home had transitioned from 'beautiful' and how much they loved it in their first days, to what the guest posted in her review. We politely explained to the guest that she had not booked or paid for a brand-new home and yes there is some minimal to-be-expected signs of wear and tear. The home sleeps 14 guests and is very good value when you calculate it on a per person basis.
The majority of Orlando homes are high usage and this is an extremely busy area. The previous five guests staying in this home - including a guest that departed 3 days before this guest’s arrival - all marked the home 5 stars, with one guest planning on rebooking for the summer, so we are saddened to read this review.
A brilliant company with wonderful staff.
We cannot fault Debbie's Villas at all. A very professional team who made booking easy, answered any problems as we went along, covered the care hire and made that a very simple process, phoned to check we had everything we needed prior to the holiday and then checked we had a wonderful holiday after our return!
The villa was amazing and so well equipped, it was on a brilliant site with perfect facilities, a great water park and also play parks and so central to all the main theme parks and attractions.
The holiday went smoothly from beginning to end thanks to Debbie's Villas.

Description of villa was correct. Staff very couteous and polite during phone calls. Kept informed throughout booking and given info which was very helpful. For example we were advised about the visitor pass regarding the toll roads which sa ved us quite a bit of money since they are all cashless now. Would use this company again and would reccomend to anyone going to Orlando.

I have used debbies villa's for at least ten florida holidays. Always a great service good back up and quick responses. I booked a villa with another big organisation a few years ago and two weeks before my holiday thay called me to say the villa had been sold and I would have to find another my self. The same thing happened with Debbie's villa's a couple of years ago and they had another five villa's and said pick the one you want. That's what I call looking after your customers.

Great company to book with
Great company to book with, very easy to book through their website & not rip off prices, always kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed for our holiday. The management company in Florida was great too when contacted about a broken net for the pool which was replaced the same day. Would definitely recommend too book with Debbie’s villas & would 100% book with them again if we go back.

Exceptional Service
With its year round sunshine, and entertainment capital of the world for all age groups, you can see why we as a family keep returning to Florida. We have stayed in hotels but these days prefer the advantages of a villa, and if you’re reading this review you’re probably thinking with so many villa choices and companies offering villas who do you choose to make that important reservation and where do you choose. Without doubt Debbie’s Villas provide that peace of mind for anyone unsure who to book a villa with offering exceptional service, obvious their first hand knowledge of areas in and around the Disney catchment areas for those wanting to meet Mickie and Minnie. The booking process was straight forward, the prices very competitive, the communication from initially contact throughout was 5 star + all our e mails were answered very promptly and in a professional manner. It was refreshing to be able to telephone and speak to one of the Debbies Villa customer service staff. Our villa was in a gated community, pristinely clean, all the amenities as described in the description, and a small welcome grocery pack to cover first night/morning essentials very kind , thoughtful, and appreciated . We have already booked with Debbie’s Villas for later in the year 2026 and can sincerely recommend to anyone wishing to visit Florida to use Debbie’s Villas.

Great Villa in a lovely location
Great Villa in a lovely location, villa was everything the pictures said it was. It really lived up to our expectations. Only had one issue with a TV that was rectified quickly. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.
