I had an amazing experience with Azaar from Blue Lotus Vacations. I can't recommend them enough. From start to finish, the service was incredible. He made everything easy to deal with, and I always felt well-informed thanks to their clear communication.

Whenever I had questions, they were incredibly responsive, which really put my mind at ease. One of the highlights was his help in changing airlines to one that had a better baggage allowance.

Additionally, he went above and beyond by organising our excursions and transport with careful consideration for my disabled husband. It was evident that he truly cared about our needs.

Overall, I will definitely be booking with him in the future!

Booked Disney Land Paris with Zaid and what a pleasure it was he went through everything with me and made sure i was aware of everything, he even manged to get me an upgrade and the price was a bargain. We don't go until January but I am looking forward to it and know said is only a phone call or email away if I ever need him.

The agent who took my call. Shaun Smith was patient and reassuring from the start. His initial search was to find me a cheap flight for my destination on my preferred dates. I was asking for a specific airline and route. He continued to search and it was such a relief when he found my preferred airline, only few days later than I had in mind. He was also able to resolve some difficulty with payment. The whole experience despite having taken a while was reassuring. I was satisfied with his patience and professionalism. I will not hesitate to use the company again in future and will be happy to recommend to friends.

Just returned from a five day trip to Poland and the experience was first class. Blue Lotus were amazing, booking flights, transfers, hotel and tours as requested. Everything was so organised and smooth and we will definitely be using them again. Ashley and Sajid gave excellent customer service and are very professional.

Recently went to Krakow, Poland with my Mam and sister - had an absolutely amazing time and did two excursions.
Blue Lotus did a good job organising flights, hotel and the trips for a great price.
The only thing I would say to improve on was the response time in getting the pickup location changed on one of the day (city marathon led to road closures); but it was all sorted in the end and the holiday was amazing overall.

Would recommend them for future trips.

We would like to start by acknowledging that the excursions were well arranged and enjoyable. Overall, the holiday was memorable, especially as we were able to spend quality time with friends and family.

With that in mind, I would like to share a few points that we believe could help improve the experience for future customers:

1. Travel Documentation
Documents were not sufficiently detailed. They should include a clear day-by-day itinerary (flights, hotels, excursions), hotel surroundings, currency guidance, key contacts, and expectations. These should be shared within one week of full payment.

2. Communication Clarity
There was confusion about communication channels. Clear guidance is needed on what should be raised via the group leader versus individual direct contact.

3. Package Guidance
More transparent and tailored advice is needed—highlighting pros/cons of packages and aligning recommendations with group demographics and comfort levels.

4. Transparency
While errors can occur, lack of openness about issues is concerning. Timely and honest communication is essential.

5. Flight Issue (London Passengers)
Failure to arrange flights caused significant disruption. Although compensation was appreciated, such issues should not arise.

6. Room Allocation & Responsiveness
Concerns raised (including a message sent on 5 April) were not addressed, resulting in poor room conditions. Responses appeared inconsistent, as similar issues were later resolved when raised by others.

7. Customer Service Approach
Recent communication felt dismissive. Good service requires equal attention to complaints and compliments, with a courteous and solution-focused approach.

We hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future customer experiences.
