I’ve ordered from Decanted several times and every experience has been outstanding. The range of aftershaves and niche fragrances is brilliant — ideal if you want to sample luxury scents before buying a full bottle.

Orders always arrive quickly, well packaged, and clearly labelled. The quality is consistently excellent, and the communication from the team is friendly and professional. You can tell they really care about what they do.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for fragrance samples or decants — highly recommend Decanted!

Best decant company I’ve used! The scents are legit and come well packaged. The only downside for me personally is they ship the day after ordering (e.g I ordered 5am Monday, it get shipped out 6pm Tuesday).

I placed my order on Saturday and received it by Thursday very fast delivery!The packaging was excellent,and I’m very pleased with the presentation.I have no doubt about the authenticity of the perfumes.The only small downside is that the selection could be a bit wider.Overall,I’m very satisfied and will definitely order again.

Seems like a scam, I’d stay away.

I ordered a 3ml sample of MFK Grand Soir, and all I can smell is alcohol. Either it’s been heavily diluted to the point the original scent is gone, or it’s just alcohol with something else mixed in.

Grand Soir is known for being a very intense fragrance. Most people warn not to spray more than 2–3 times. I sprayed 3 full sprays and still can’t smell anything. Extremely disappointing.

What on earth are you talking about? What email and what review? Any marketing or feedback email I get goes straight to junk without me even opening it.

My point is simple, I purchased a decant of MFK Grand Soir. The sample arrived, but it smells like nothing. Just the alcohol that every perfume contains, and that’s it. Imagine a strong amber-based perfume being completely undetectable after three sprays!

Whether it’s bad quality, an honest mistake, or just a plain scam, I don’t give a f***. I’m not contacting you to debate a 3ml sample. I’ll just bin it and leave a review so others know what to expect.

There was nothing to like or dislike, there was simply no scent at all.

I didn’t ask for a refund, a replacement, or anything else. I just wrote a review based on my experience.

You can register your company and sell diluted samples, that’s a completely different matter.

And by the way, I’ll be going to John Lewis tomorrow to smell the fragrance from the original bottle. If it turns out that MFK Grand Soir smells the same as what you sent me (ie, scentless), I’ll delete my review, post an apology, and even purchase £100 worth of samples from decanted.uk.

Update:
I visited Selfridges at Trafford centre.

- The PDM Layton sample I received smells exactly like the original

- Givenchy Gentleman sample smells like the original too.

- BUT, the MFK GS sample I received has no scent. The one I smelled at Trafford is a powerful Amber fragrance!!

Given that the PDM Layton sample smelled identical to the Original. I will consider the MFK GS a faulty sample and update my review.

This is a lovely company: great idea; fantastic range of mini-smells (probably the best on the web); and lovely customer service. Highly recommend!

I purchased 5 x 3ml samples simply as a way of trying out some potentials a few times before committing significant spend to any favourite. With 3ml you get more than enough opportunity to make a good decision.

The order process was dead easy and delivery was quick. Will happily use again.

Items arrive quickly and are well packaged. Bottles are glass. My only niggle is that I’d like a greater range of choice and a 20ml option. Price is higher compared to some competitors.

As a fragrance lover I am always looking to add to my collection, However niche fragrances can be very expensive.
With Decanted I can buy and wear several times before I commit to a substantial purchase.
Having purchased several fragrances following sample purchases I can without doubt confirm that these are genuine products.
