Die von mir bestellte Platte wurde zügig in 2 Werktagen via DHL geliefert, besonders hervorgehoben werden muss allerdings die hervorragende Sendungsverpackung.

Ich habe dort schon öfter bestellt, schneller Versand , Ware immer sehr gut eingepackt und kleiner extra, einfach top !!! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Unhelpful customer service. Had to insist to get money back for damaged item. Very disappointing. I won’t come again.

War ein treuer Kunde - war !!!!
Platte im Shop durch einen Fehler ;) nicht bestellbar,aber für fast 20€ mehr bei ebay, bestellbar. Und das ohne Probleme.
Man weist dann auf den Fehler hin und bekommt nur schwammige Aussagen zurück.
Fair wäre ja gewesen die Differenz zu erstatten. Das geht aber logischerweise nicht
;)

Mi servivo da loro come da altri, ma non ho più comprato dopo un episodio.
Avevo fatto un ordine di circa 150/200€ dove uno dei vinili era un po' ondulato e non comprometteva l ascolto, decisi di non contattare il servizio clienti (può succedere una volta).
Dopo un paio di settimane ho effettuato un altro ordine sempre su quella cifra o qualcosa in meno e ho ricevuto un altro vinile con il medesimo problema ma questa volta vedevo il braccio fluttuare molto di più, anche se l ascolto in un primo momento mi sembrava ok ( ho notato successivamente che uno dei 2 lati teneva molto meno la puntina e saltava), decisi questa volta di contattare il servizio clienti, facendo presente che era la seconda volta, in un primo momento mi hanno detto che non potevo contestare un ordine di settimane indietro ( cosa che non mi interessava , volevo solo legare il discorso) e che se volevo il rimborso integrale dell ultima copia che stavo contestando avrei dovuto distruggere o rigare pesantemente il vinile facendo un video di prova, io che sono un collezionista ovviamente non accettai e mi hanno proposto la metà in buono da spendere presso di loro ma visto l interessamento al cliente ho preferito un rimborso sul mio conto corrente perché non ho intenzione di comprare più da un sito con un assistenza simile, se il disco è ondulato non è colpa del cliente ma del vostro imballo o del corriere al 99% , sono presumibili scuse e non accuse sul voler contestare una spedizione precedente ( cosa che ripeto era solo per fargli capire che non era la prima volta e ci ero già passato sopra )
Spero di essere stato chiaro e che questo episodio aiuti altri utenti e spero anche il loro servizio al cliente

The record I bought brand new arrived with a big crease on top edge of the record sleeve with no visible marks on external package showing signs of mishandling and record was packed a bit loose inside the box wrapped in some thin paper. When I complained to their staff since my record’s value gas been decreased due to this I got a feedback that these things do happen during shipping due to records moving in packaging and damaging the sleeve which cant be avoided (it sure can, by using sturdier packages like Juno, HHV and some other retailers do) and that they can offer a €5 store credit. I feel this is really a poor offer given the price of the record and that sending a replacement copy in trade for that one as I suggested or refunding the expensive shipping fee with insurance and tracking I paid for to get a pristine record would have been a more fair solution. All in all, it was cheaper for them to lose a long year customer as I for sure will not order there again. So, proceed with caution if buying records here.

Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von euch. Perfekte Verpackung, die man auch sehr gut wiederverwenden kann. Top Lieferzeit und natürlich 1a Ware. Sehr gut finde ich auch die Sticker für die Schutzhüllen.

Sehr hochwertig und liebevoll verpackt. Ich mag die Sticker mit der BPM Angabe. Lieferung bisher immer sehr schnell. Top!!

Absolut Mega zufrieden ❤️ Auch die Sticker jeweils zur Pladde sind eine absolut sinnvolle Zugabe. Lieferzeit war auch immer sehr schnell.

First time purchasing from this site but my god did they deliver - the packaging was top class, very well put together and the little touches was lovely.

Everything was as described - 10 out of 10

Positiv : Kunden-Support ist Top,
Auswahl ist gut

Negativ: ewige Wartezeit und Versand Dauer, das ist für die heutige Zeit nicht mehr tragbar. Jede Bestellung die ab Mitte der Woche gegeben wird, wird mit Glück die darauffolgende Woche versendet/geliefert. Macht Echt keinen Spass mehr

Ansicht guter Anbieter und Web Aufbau aber warum ich nur 3 Sterne gebe ist das die Sound Qualität zum Größten Teil echt mies ist. Verstehe nicht wie einem das nicht auf fallen kann das die meisten Tracks übersteuert sind.

I placed an order on the website on December 17, 2024.
When I saw that the order was delayed, I wrote to their customer service.
They answered me with the utmost indifference and absolutely no desire to inquire or offer a solution.
Their answer was exactly like this: "You live in a distant country, so the shipment takes time to arrive."
I just point out that in other stores in Germany I receive shipments within a few days, sometimes even within two days.
I received their answer and waited.
I saw that another week had passed and I had not received the shipment, so I contacted them again.
Again, they answered me indifferently and explained that I had to wait patiently.
I waited.
After two weeks! I contacted them again, and then they told me that they would start checking what was happening with my order.
After two weeks of still not receiving any answer, I wrote to them again and they said that they had started checking where my order was and would get back to me with an answer.
That was two weeks ago and to this day I have not received any answer.
I have been collecting records for 32 years and have never encountered such horrible service.

two and a half months is way tooo much.

Je suis surpris des avis négatifs... Personnellement après 20ans d'achats de vinyls sur les shops en ligne,c'est la première fois que j'ai un service comme ça.En 1 pleins de disques disponibles chez eux que je cherchais et qui sont en rupture de stock ailleurs.En 2 colis reçu dans un beau carton rigide avec leur logo et hyper bien emballé et sécurisé avec plusieurs couches de protections digne d'un emballage de chez Apple.En 3 à l'intérieur à ma grande surprise 2 sur pochettes plastifiées transparentes avec le logo en decks.de couleur or et des stickers a coller sur les pochettes avec nom de l'artiste,noms des pistes et bpm...que rêver de mieux?!En 4 la livraison relativement rapide sachant que j'ai commandé en période de Noël et,que j'habite en France.Un service jamais vu pour ma part!

Decks ist eine solide Adresse für Vinyl mit einer guten Musikauswahl und einem zuverlässigen Bestellservice. Die Lieferung funktioniert einwandfrei, und die Bestellungen sind schnell da. Die Verpackung könnte etwas verbessert werden, damit die Platten noch besser geschützt ankommen. Schade ist auch, dass es keinen Gratisversand mehr ab einem bestimmten Warenwert gibt. Insgesamt aber ein guter Shop, bei dem ich gern einkaufe!
