I realized this company has closed
I realized this company has closed, but I still just wanted to express dissatisfaction with how I could not send in my last order with them in June - I still needed to reach their minimum, but despite emails from them saying you can still add to and finish your order, I could not access their site in order to do so ("we're closed"), and their support help was of no help at all.

Quick service
The company was quick to make payment of the purchase price for my item plus a first time customer “bonus.” However my husband who referred me to DeClutter was to get a referral bonus and did not. The explanation was that the bonus had already been paid. I guess because we use the same PayPal account the company assumed we were the same person and only eligible for one “bonus.” This is the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5. The company should be verifying email addresses or some other way to justify payment of such “bonuses.”

It kept giving me prices in English…
It kept giving me prices in English pounds!
I used it about 4 years ago for CDs. Thought it was great. Couldn’t log in this time so had to get new password. Never sent link first request, second request link didn’t work. Third request finally got new password. But then tried scanning and prices were all in English pounds! I gave up.

I am sorry for the incorrect price currency displayed by the system. It seems that you might have logged in using a UK address, which is why the system is showing the UK currency. I would request that you clear your cookies & cache or switch to 'incognito mode' as this can sometimes fix the bug.
If you are using our app, please ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed. If it's urgent and you need to get into your account, we recommend that you try both our app and website, as it's very rare that both are affected.

Scanning DVDs and CDs worked well
Scanning DVDs and CDs worked well, as was printing the label for sending via UPS. Decluttr notified me by email when my packages were received. I received payment in a timely manner. All in all, it's been a good experience.

You pay half the price of competitors like back market. It took a 5-minute Google search to compare the prices you pay with several other online retailers who offer the same services. Do yourself a favor do a little research these guys pay less than GameStop and back market or watch the Austin Evans YouTube video. Stay away from this retailer.

I used the App to scan the barcodes on the games making it easier and faster to see which ones I could sell or not. The kit with prepaid postage also made it a lot easier, too.
