compared resale prices with 5 other companies they offered the lowest by far like 100$ far, whoever is running their quality check should be given glasses because what they consider good quality is shocking, they have the nerve to say your pretty much mint phone is only good quality so they have to reduce the giving price but then they send you a phone thats in "good" condition that looks like a dog has been chewing on the case with scratches all over the screen, second have you read these good reviews they seem extremely to well written almost fake

Scam
selling my Xbox one special edition halo 5 console. I sent them the bar code. Got offer. I sent a controller but the wrong one so they lowered that to 40 cents. I sent the digital halo pack metal container cards as well. I got an email saying the console was a misc. games console even though it clearly has MS XBOX embedded. They said they would gladly recycle it for me or return it. I am waiting on the return. Said the had disposed of the Halo 5 pack which is in their terms/conditions. Beware if using them. Scam

Something is better than nothing!
This was a great experience for selling my broken phone. I didn't get much money, and so thought about fixing it myself and then selling it (I replaced the screen myself the first time it broke), but the going rate for selling the working used/repaired phone - cost of replacement parts, didn't leave me with any money to make it worth the trouble. At least with Decluttr, I got something out of it, so I'm glad they would pay anything for it rather than it just sitting in a junk drawer somewhere forever.

Always ripping you off, not payign for items sent in
Once again these scammers claim items have incorrect barcode even after i provide them with photographic proof. I scan the printed barcodes, double check the list, and even take a photo of the items being sent in and they still claim items are missing or have a wrong barcode on almost every single order. You can see the names of the discs from the invoice in the photos. Your "highly trained staff" needs way more training.

You haven’t paid me for two shipments saying you have. The bank details I provided are correct, but I still haven't received the money! It's been 35 days! This is unfair! I sent over $100 worth of DVDs and CDs!
