Ease of selling, literally scan and pack. Money actually was a smooth simple deposit back to me. Fast turnaround. We own a thrift store and it is a great way to get rid of the extra unwanted inventory quickly and still make some money.

Shipping was easy and payment was prompt. would give 5 stars except the app is very glitchy. sometimes it couldn't find the 'basket' and crashed a bunch.

I sold a Playstation 4 to Decluttr - What a Mistake
I sold a Playstation 4 to Decluttr. It was an old model but still worked fine so their estimate was about $40. Not much but since shipping to them was free and it was no hassle at all, I decided to accept their offer and send it in. Upon receipt they claimed that the disk drive didn't work (even though I had just played a movie on it the night before). I suggested it was damaged in the shipment and they claimed it was not, and that it must have been damaged before I sent it. Their revised estimate was $4! Just ridiculous and after getting scammed like this I looked up other reviews on Reddit and saw the exact same scenario. Don't send them anything. They are a total rip off.

I’m sorry to learn that your experience was not positive.
Looking into this further, we can confirm there was no damage to the parcel, we carefully inspect all items upon arrival and any damage to the parcel is photographed and noted. There was no record of any damage, so we have to assume the fault was present before the item was sent over to us.
I can also assure you that the damage has not occurred whilst the item has been within our possession. We are a reputable company and have senior members of staff observing at all times, we would also not benefit from damaging the item ourselves as it would then need to be repaired and prolong the time frame of buying and reselling.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Each time I have sent a package with DVDs to this company, it takes me contacting them in order to have my box looked at. Then, and this is the unbelievable part, they ALWAYS claim there are movies missing and they won't pay me the full
amount! It's already a pathetic amount, and they're still trying to take more.
Five times this has happened. My latest order they are claiming 7 DVDs are missing! Who does that? Decluttr does that! This company is a total sham and scam artists! Think twice!

Upon reviewing your order, it appears that 4 items were rejected not due to being missing, but because they did not meet our standards, specifically regarding damaged artwork and non-originality. Our buying prices are primarily determined by supply and demand at the time of sale.

DeCluttr is an easy to use and a good way to downsize
DeCluttr is an easy way to downsize CDs. I had an extensive collection that had been my late husbands. I was able to sell approximately 50% of the collection. The site is easy to use, and easy to send the off the items for sale via UPS.
It usually takes about a week for the items to be received and process with payment made shortly afterwards.
I highly recommend Decluttr. They will buy used electronics as well.

I’ve used DeClutter multiple times
I’ve used DeClutter multiple times, and it’s consistently a great experience. The service is fast, and I always appreciate how they keep you informed at every step. They notify you as soon as they receive your package and provide an estimated timeline for processing, which is very reassuring.
I’ve never had an issue getting paid when I sell an item, and the app is super easy to use—especially if the item has a barcode to scan. It’s made clearing out my clutter so much easier, and I’ve been able to declutter my space while earning money in the process.
One area for improvement would be expanding the app’s features for items without barcodes, as listing those can be a bit more tedious. Still, this service has been a lifesaver for me, and I’ll continue to use it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their decluttering process!

Easy way to get rid of CDs.
We did get rid of a bunch of CDs. But they denied several that for "damaged art". We'll be more selective about what we send in the future. Some were only worth a few cents, which we knew when we used the app. App is in pounds and haven't figured out how to change to US dollars.

This firm pays too low a price for cd’s…
This firm pays too low a price for cd’s and dvd’s and won’t take many. Not worth the time and effort and you have to send by UPS not USPS. Was a waste of time. I have deleted the App and will never use them again. I’ll take everything to Goodwill and take the tax receipt.

I have been trying to return a phone…
I have been trying to return a phone for repair. The label will not print . I have emailed numerous times but I get the same label that I cannot print . Now I get no response. The company posts the BBB logo but not true. They were a good company but now I am disappointed and upset. To make matters worse I purchased another phone from the and was advised it was unlocked but this is not true. I am still trying to change my service to another company but Decluttr won’t respond. I called the Clark Howard consumer action line regarding this matter,
