Decode Age all Products are excellent. I got the real benefits of using their products.

Highly unprofessional and overhyped.

At first, no phlebotomy technicians showed up on the slot booked for blood test. (For which I had fasted 12 hours)

When I contacted the customer care , they started blaming me that I did not provide confirmation over WhatsApp. If I myself consciously chose a slot then why should I provide extra validation over WhatsApp. I generally choose not to see to promotional and sales messages. That’s why their message was skipped.

At this point I ask for refund, they refuse to do so and insist on a new appointment date.

Next, they take 9 days to deliver the report. That too, after multiple follow ups.

The report shared with me is wrong. Their whole propaganda is this blood age thing. In my report, it shows my blood age as zero. Biomarkers affecting blood age are also not listed in the report (it’s blank). The generic report tells me that I am better than 100% of people my biological age. Seriously!? Their recommendations are also too generic… stuff that a simple google search would reveal. So they are charging almost 4-5k extra just to convert a simple blood test report into a infographic one without any real value addition.

I did a parallel whole body checkup with 1 mg at the same time slot. Their report is delivered by next day, cost is 50% of decodeage, has more parameters, the visualisation in smart report is as good as decodeage and the recommendations seem less generic.

Shit company. While marketing they say 1 to 1 consultation, food consultation as per gut microbiome report etc. All of those are scams. Wasted INR 8K on their stupid report.

Real good product and amazing consultants and tem. They really guided best for me. I am 72, had multiple health issues. I am today back to track I wasnt able to walk or having any motivation to work or do anything, I was almost having a sedentary life. Now after decodeage supplement and followup I am back to playing golf and also able to live my life like before. Most recommended from my side

Propaganda overhyped Product. Did not provide result as per expectation. I think you have sourced cheap raw materials and your products are neither value for money nor top notch breakthrough suppliments.

I bought a few items and none of them had any good effect it claimed to have. I have been using supplements for years. Moved to india from the US and wanted to see the hype this company is claiming but it’s not worth it. Won’t buy again
