I had ordered systane eye ointment on 6.1.2023 ( Order HP 328721) from Herbspro US on the assurance that the medicine will be delivered in 7 to 10 days in India. I got it on 24.1.23. Portal does not respond to any mails and you will know status after it gets shipped. Till then you are kept in the dark raising anxiety

It's a fake company. Don't fall for it.

I wish I could give negative stars. Cheaters. Placed an order on 7th Feb. Delivery was promised in 10 days. Even after 50 days no one responds

My order received but it took a long time...and the response of Herb Pro is not satisfactory at the time of transit of my order as they didn't provide me tracking number or not replied to my mails.

There product page says that product will be delivered in 10 days, it has been 10 days since order the product is not even dispatched yet and they don't reply to emails as well.

Have a ordered 2 products worth 4k. My order no is 2424. Ordered it in june. No response. Totally pathetic and fraudulent. Do not order from here.

Such an unresponsive team, it's been a month, no update on order, I don't know if it has been moved or not.
I paid 900rs just for shipping, the product was cheaper than that.
This was really disappointing, I wish I saw the reviews before ordering, I was desperate I guess.

Fraudulent company. Don’t buy anything

Its been a month I have not received my order. Nor is it showing movement. It is stuck at confirmed.. I am alarmed at reading other peoples reviews today saying they did not receive their order even after months. I am taking it up with consumer court forum now!

Useless and fraud company. Neither I got my order no 2374 dated15th July nor can I contact them . I don't know how can I get my refund. We should report such fraud companies.

Fraud company I pay 2000 but there is no any product deliver amount not refundable.l need complaint for this company.

Though it took almost a month to reach me.... I am extremely glad that I got what I wanted. This is the best and thank you so much for procuring the fish oil capsules for me. Already referred you to people

Nearly doubled the time committed and have to keep on calling them for the status of same.

My order was cancelled and approved for refund by your team in May 2020 - I've still not received any info about the refund status. This is very bad guys. Kindly refund and send me the details immediately
