Item arrived broken/cracked in many places (packaging was fine, not likely shipping damage). Emailed twice, no response after 8 days. Called, went to voicemail (mailbox full). Filed a complaint with paypal for a refund.

Took payment but parts not even in stock. Had to call in to confirm that they were ordered. A couple weeks out and they still have the money and no parts.

A complete joke of a company. Why list parts needed by customers when you dont have them? And take the money to boot!

I ordered the item online. I had trouble finding it anywhere. Soon after I ordered it I was told it was not in stock but they would order it and let me know when it shipped. I truly did not believe I would get the item. I expected to be told it was discontinued or something. Also, I figured since they had to order it that it was probably going to be more expensive and I'd get a message that the price went up. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got the message that they were sending it. I received it and it's exactly what I wanted.

After placing the order, I received the confirmation and shipping notification. However, FedEx provided incorrect information regarding the shipping destination, which caused some confusion. Aside from that issue, everything else was handled well.

I still haven’t received the item. I bought it online and then a week later I received an email that it is on back order. I would not have bought it if your company didn’t even have it.

After waiting a week after ordering new vent fans, received an e-mail saying no longer available. I did receive a refund though.

Owner called me back personally to work out the logistics of shipping the part to me quickly, and he followed through, as promised. I received my brand new Toto flush valve in perfect condition and on time! Great price too, the lowest of all around, for Toto replacements.

Second order. Both handled perfectly. Wish I could say the same about all companies I do business with.
