Some services almost always return a "maintenance" error. It doesn't matter whether the service is checked with or without premium. More than half the time, the premium simply expires, and there's no compensation.

⭐ 1 star — Total scam. Don't waste your money.
Almost nothing works. Scribd is broken. Nitroflare is a joke. Status page shows "online" but every download fails.
Submitted multiple tickets — zero replies. Requested a refund — ticket closed without response. The "3-Day Money-Back Guarantee" is completely fake.
You pay, nothing works, support ignores you, and refunds don't exist. Avoid at all costs.

Poor service and unfair refund policy
I subscribed to Deepbrid expecting Nitroflare and Rapidgator to work, but both services were not working for me, even though their server status page showed them as working.
I contacted support and waited for a reply, but the response was not helpful. Instead of solving the issue or acknowledging the problem, they simply said refunds are only accepted for first purchases.
This is very disappointing because I paid for a service that I could not use. If the supported hosters are not working, the customer should not be blamed or denied a refund.
Overall, poor support, unreliable service, and an unfair refund policy. I do not recommend this service.

First of all, like any other company, we have established refund policies, which are accessible at any time, even before you create an account on our platform. When you make a purchase with us, you agree to the terms and conditions, refund policy, and privacy policy. If you don't meet the requirements, you cannot demand a refund for your purchase or any part of it.
Regarding your complaints about Rapidgator and Nitroflare, in our terms of service (which you should have also read), we state that we do not offer exclusive access to specific hosting providers. For that, you purchase a membership directly from the host you want, as easy as that.
We offer access to more than 80 hosting providers, torrent cloud, Usenet, add-ons, tools... more than +100 features. All in one package; that's what you pay for: access to the entire package, not individual host providers. That's why our prices are very affordable, because we provide all these features together. That's the deal.
You can't claim a refund for two out-of-service hosts when we have dozens of other features you can use that work perfectly.
In our terms, we also mention that due to the external nature of the hosts, some may temporarily stop working. We don't guarantee that any host will be operational 24/7.
Furthermore, this is the eighth time you've purchased a subscription from us. Hosts like Nitroflare have always been unstable (for obvious reasons; no other service offers Nitroflare). So you were already aware of this potential problem before making your eighth purchase with us.

This website is a TOTAL SCAM. I tried to request a refund and contacted them to investigate why the site wasn’t working, but I received no response at all.
I strongly recommend AGAINST subscribing. Never again.

Premium account deleted
I paid for a 180 day premium account. After two days, I asked for my money back because the links weren't working. I haven't received a response yet, but my account has been terminated by deepbrid.com.
After two months, my money has not been returned. My account is still blocked. DO NOT apply for this site! It is a scam.
