Most of the time doesn't work. Waste of time and money

Their service works 10% of the time with katfile, rapidgator, uploaded, nitroflare, etc etc etc, never works.

The 3-Day Money-Back don't existent. I reached out for a refund almost immediately after signing up, only to be met with total radio silence, the support closed my ticket without any replay on my refund request. Their 24/7 Live Support is an even bigger joke, it’s just a glorified chatbot that circles back to the same useless answers. Apparently, support here means 'thanks for the money, good luck getting it back.'

depuis le changement de design, j'ai l'impression que le site ne supporte plus 1fichier, car le téléchargement démarre mais se bloque tout de suite, et si il faut payer pour ça je refuse.

Pas en français, echec sur echec depuis cette nouvelle version, à fuir.

I first signed up for Deepbrid about 5 years ago and bought a full yearly premium subscription — back then, everything worked amazingly well. Great speeds, reliable support for most hosts, and I had no issues downloading what I needed. It was one of the better options at the time.
But fast-forward to now: Deepbrid.com is hands down the worst debrid service I've ever tried. They loudly advertise support for a ton of hosts (supposedly 70-80+), but it's a complete lie. Specifically, Turbobit, Rapidgator, Hitfile, Uploadgig, and Hotlink.cc are NOT supported at all! The status on their site might show "online," but when you try to generate a link, you get an error like "filehoster not supported" or nothing happens.
I recently bought a two-month premium subscription hoping things had improved, but in all that time, I couldn't download a single file from the hosts I needed. Constant errors, endless attempts — all for nothing. Support ignores tickets, the chat is dead silent, and they refuse refunds.
What a massive decline from how good it was years ago. Don't waste your money or nerves — this is pure deception now. Better look for real alternatives like Real-Debrid or Premiumize, where everything actually works. Deepbrid is nothing but disappointment and a scam these days. 1 star out of pity.
